Slow service cold food. Makes excuses about their terrible service
I've eaten here twice. First time I had the pizza. Good pizza, solid local option for pizza. Second time I had the gyro sandwich - it was ok, their version is a little Americanized, it has lettuce, some sauce that I don't think is Tzatziki sauce, and parmesan cheese. I prefer a "regular" gyro in the Greek style. I think I will stick with the pizza here.
Order 7 different 16” inch pizza for delivery. Pizza came on time although driver forgot the wings was able to go back and return within 20 minutes. Pizza was hot and everyone enjoy each topping will definitely order from here again.

The website and app were down which was frustrating already in itself, so I called to place an order I explained that I had more than one address listed under my phone number and to deliver to my home address I even said the address out loud and spelled it. You know what they did instead they delivered to my grandfather's address. So what was the point of paying the delivery fee and tip when I still had to go out and drive to pick up the food?! I'm really disappointed, it was so inconvenient if I had wanted to pick up I would've chosen that option.
Good pizza variety and friendly staff. Recently changed computer systems so some old customer info has dissapeared.
You know, I wished the old staff was still working here. Because I ordered baked spaghetti with meat sauce and all I got was everything but the meat sauce. It looks like I'm going somewhere else next time.

One bad experience has turned me away from being a regular. I placed a curbside order, picked it up, and brought it back home with no issues or complaints. Until I see my credit card statement and noticed I was charged $3 more than what the email confirmation I have says. This experience is going to keep me away from this location of Paisano's forever.
