I enjoy everything about Open Rd Grill. I bring many ftirnds & I know they return too.

Just a little to noisy for us to discuss business but we still enjoyed our experience

Open Road is becoming our "go to" lunch place. There are so many things to choose from - we had the BBQ chicken nachos (tremendous value and the small order is way more than I can eat) and the grilled chicken sandwich with fries (enough for a second meal). The beer/drink selection is ample and the popcorn starter is a hit. There are indoor and covered outdoor options and tables are appropriately spaced. Service is always friendly.

First dining experience. It was a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was so delicious! I’ll definitely go back real soon!

Not terribly upscale food, but we’ll executed. Good service and nice ambiance. Great for (very) casual diner.

Had a great lunch but heard the margaritas are the best around

Fun, low-key grill. Great food & service. Lovely for a change of pace from Italian, Greek & Chinese food.

It was great! Love the food, the atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places.

Really nice hosts and service people. The hosts seated us in a quieter spot inside so we could talk (5 people). The waitress was great - getting our drinks, food, and checking on us. I have been to the Merrifield location a lot and have always had a good experience. Parking can be tight - they have some offsite parking after 5 about 1/2 block away but you may need extra time for parking. The patio is my favorite place to sit. They sometimes have a musician(s) out there - always good music but hard to talk over. The only negative is that it is a loud space.

The wait staff was really excellent and attentive. Outside seating was full so we sat near the bar. Quickest beers we've ever had. Wasn't a big fan of the red wine sangria, but the chicken bites were ok. I ordered spicy garlic (or something like that), but there was some kind of sweet sauce associated with them that I wasn't a fan of. They brought blue cheese but quickly exchanged for ranch when asked. Parking was a nightmare; and yes there are signs everywhere in the parking lot to direct you to a nearby lot. I have no idea how far this lot was because I noticed someone was pulling out and I was able to pull into a space close by. There was live music for the outside crowd on a Thursday night. Happy hour ended at 7:00 and we just missed it. All in all, loved the menu and would definitely return.
