Nice little bubble tea shop. Friendly staff. They have a small food selection. Indoor seating is limited.

I go here to feel something in these crazy times. The tea is good stuff and the food is so nice. I can never bring it home, I always end up finishing the treats in my car.
The taro milk tea has real taro in it which is pretty cool. I haven't seen that as a feature even in Taiwan.
Price, size, and flavor are all exception - especially the limited edition stuff. Only complaint was that their default sweetness for their drinks was a bit too sweet for me. Normally I order default sweetness at other places but for this location I might have to go for 75% or 50%.

This place has delicious food and drinks! I like these snack size meals but also can be filling. Drinks are very pretty and satisfying to drink. Very limited seating available during covid. Parking provided by Eden center.

Drinks are pretty good, popcorn chicken is super super tasty (I went back to get another order after devouring one order in the car before even leaving the parking lot). However the braised minced pork rice wasn’t very authentic, flavor was lacking a bit. Service was pretty good and fast
Probably the best boba in the DMV, I haven’t tried them all (obviously) but this is a great bang for your buck & the milk tea actually tastes like tea (not just sweet flavored milk) & the coffee drink is delicious. The food is pretty yummy too!!! Definitely my favorite boba place.
