I ordered the Black Tiger Milk , they gave me the cup which is broken , the milk tea kept leaking. I asked them to make another cup for me . They said yes snd then went to the counter , peel of the lid and transfer the leaking cup to another cup and transfer the sticker from a old cup to a new one . I then asked the server I thought you would make another cup for me . She then gave me an attitude and just pour some tea and milk to make me a new cup without adding the Brown Sugar . It a new cup with milk , tea , boba. This is the order for my daughter , she told me it is not a Black Tiger Milk tea . It is a really bad customer service . If it is a Starbuck , they would change a new drink for me . It is your fault to give me a leaking cup . I never come back again . The incident was on April 17 , I ordered mango smoothie and Black Tiger Milk.
Awesome drinks! However, I just wish that they would've asked me what size I would like instead of automatically charging me for large.
Customer service sucks!!! Ask for less ice for milk tea she said can’t do it, 50%sugar can’t do it either. Then why the store put that options of sweetness and ice option on the menu. Won’t go back again.
Legit freshest boba around. Made in store, never stale or old. Fresh fruit and warm waffles that are little paws.
Drinks are ok but it’s a bit over priced for how much you actually get. That cup is not even as tall as my hand… normally you can get doubled amount of the same stuff for the same price elsewhere
I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Wish's bubble and fruit tea. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea, which was a welcome change from my usual pearl milk tea, so now I have another go-to. The manager even let me try a fruit tea, the grapefruit (with fresh grapefruit!). It was delicious and refreshing. I will be coming back to try out more flavors. I know you have plenty of options for bubble tea at Eden center, but I am firmly planting my recommendation to go here first. Thank you Mr. Wish!
Drinks are so refreshing made with real fresh fruits! Staffs are welcoming and super friendly. Definitely a place everyone needs to checkout. Love me some Mr. Wish!!
Probably my top choice for boba and they make their own bubbles! Not to mention how fresh their ingredients are. S/o to Ashley for always making bomb drinks! Definitely give this place a try.
Their oolong tea ice cream and custard waffles were amazing. Prices are very reasonable, staff is kind and quick
