This is the nastiest Moe’s I’ve ever been to. All of the meat on the line was OLD. You can tell it has been sitting out for awhile because it was all dried out. I politely asked if they plan to make fresh meat. I was told no. I then saw the line person put guacamole on my burrito. Which is fine because I requested it. However, he didn’t even scoop the guacamole to put it on my burrito. He used the guacamole that was already on the spoon versus scooping fresh guacamole. I asked for more and was told it was $2. I reported the entire incident to the manager and she offered me a side of guacamole. Chips are super stale. Never again!
Decent place to eat if you like Tex-Mex style food.
The line was dirty. I wanted mushrooms and they said they were out .. I wanted cilantro but same history.. they salsa bar was nasty and no salsa Lil cups.. i asked for one and they never give me one . So whats the point of given chips??
Where to begin the place is dirty they prioritize online orders over people standing in line. the food quality is maybe Taco Bell level at 3x the price. there's a Chipotle and a Qdoba right next door, go there if you want better food better customer service and bigger portions.
Had a really weird experience here. The person making orders when we came in was working on an online order, so we waited for a while before being acknowledged. Once we ordered and got to check out, something was wrong with the pin pad and the cashier was frustrated and just gave us our food for free. I feel bad that the people working there are stretched thin due to being understaffed, and I can't complain about free food. It was just a little awkward in there.
The McDonalds of “Mexican” food is what Moes is. Let’s be real here. Only come here for Moe Monday’s as I can’t see paying full price ever for any of their menu items. It checks my craving for. cheap burrito on Mondays when I feel like eating bland chicken and Americanized fixings.Place is also a pigpen every time I’m here. Trash, food, liquids are constantly all over the floors and tables seems like it is nonstop and the staff seems to not care. Trash is always piling up and spilling out of their trash bins. Customers just seem to throw stuff on the floor since it’s just convenient.Place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained…. Seems to be so dirty every time I’m here which is like maybe once a Month if that.Managers need to tighten up and get this place cleaned up.
I have been coming here for SEVERAL years and it never gets boring. Im so glad they brought back the salsa bar, the chips are always good and the manager Giovanni is always very kind and attentive
Probably one of the worst Moe’s locations I’ve been to. Service is super slow for carry out, staff don’t seem like they don’t want to talk to you, unpleasant experiences all around.Update: I waited for an hour for my carryout order. An hour past the time I was told to arrive, that is. They ran out of ground beef, believe it or not, so then I canceled and left.
