Don’t go… “ice cream machine is broke” after making a mobile order and waiting in the drive thru way longer than I should have, they told me the ice cream machine was broke. I ordered a large fry and mcflurry on mobile and was charged for both, pulled ip to second window and was told “ice cream machine is broke”, and handed me a large fry.I won’t be back to this terrible location.I’ll go to the Burger King in Annandale where I’ve only received fair treatment.
Purchase basically the same thing at McDonald's all the time . They ve never seen to get it completely right. There is an art to making a sandwich perfectly that seems to be lost at all fast food restaurants.because the increase of menu prices is basically attributed to the increase the cost in of labor and food. There needs to be more proud in what you produce and Not that you Are doing the customer a favor Are serving them.
Terrible employees. I was there with my toddler and wanted to sit in a booth. The table was dirty and there was an employee cleaning the very next table. I asked her if she can wipe our table after she is done with the one she is wiping. She told me she was going to wipe the other tables and asked me to sit on a different table which were not booth style. I ended up wiping my table myself. As much as I understand this is McDonald's and one shouldn't expect 5 star customer service, I don't think asking an employee to wipe the table when she is already wiping the next table is a lot to ask. This seems like a failure of the management to teach the employees basic customer service manners.
Caught them at a bad time.. The speaker was broken so everyone had to order and pay at the same window. They really should have opened the second window for that. Service Was slow but we got thru itUpdate 4/5/2022If you advertising 24 hours, you should be open 24 hours. I shouldn't pull up to the drive thru and barely hear thru the speaker we are closed at the moment, but you got time to talk to the car that's already at the window. Never will come back to this location again
We used the mobile app to pay, but they said we didn’t pay. When we tried curbside, we saw a guy who was waiting at curbside for at least thirty mins. It took them ten mins just to get a breakfast sandwich, even though their store was practically empty! Also, the drive thru took ages to get through, even though there were 2 other cars. I will never go back to that McDonald’s .
Because there is almost always a line the food stays pretty fresh. That's always good! My only issue is their divided drive-thru. The way it's set up people always cut in at the end, and it forces the people who waited in line appropriately to wait longer. This happens almost every time.
Fries. It's all about the fries for me at McDonald's. They must work on their fries to bring them up to the crispy on the outside soft on the inside standard we expect. Otherwise...all is good.
I would have given this place a negative 5 star if it wouldn’t have been for a nice Hispanic lady that helped me with my order. Coming from a kind customer and regular at this McDonalds I had one of the most unpleasant experiences with the one who looked like the manager of this location. By the look of him he wasn’t from the country and he couldn’t speak fluent English. So, I ordered a (Steak egg McMuffin) then I tried my best to kindly ask him to double check my order to make sure they put a Muffin instead of a beagle on my order. Since this had happened to me a couple of times in the past, then started telling me he can’t put change the order and make it a beagle when I never said if he could do that. He went in the back and changed it to a beagle because he didn’t understand what I told him to go to begin with. Then when I asked the Hispanic lady in Spanish to double check my order he started screaming at her like it was her fault. Then he approached at me in a very hostile manner and started screaming at 8:00 in the morning when all I told this man to to was “could you check they give me a muffin instead the beagle? It happens multiple times”
Ordered McFlurry With M&M's. It was WATERY. Not just that they were so much NEGLIGENT, they didn’t even bother to close the lid properly. It was spilled all over my daughter’s laps and car seat.
What is wrong with this place. My wife placed a pick up order for 6:30. she finally received the food at 7:14. The food was completely cold, absolutely horrendous experience. Avoid this terrible McDonald’s at all costs.
