Trashiest and the nastiest McDonald ever. From the people that work there to thier tables and bathrooms even the seats are nasty and dirty. Very disgusting, and they like making up their own personal rules and policies. No customer service no greetings no welcome nothing. Their customer service skills are at zero rating.

This location constantly messes up my order but has a drive thru, so I have to pick my battles. Some days, the pros of cheap, quick food outweighs the cons. Plus, the employees don't seem happy or taken care of so I don't complain directly if anything goes wrong.

They didn’t give good service and they didn’t give us ketchup, when they finally did they dropped it on the ground and we had to pick it up.

Went inside the location to order food. Everything was fine until it came time to pay. For whatever reason their credit card machine would not except my card. I explained to the female behind the cashier register that there was nothing wrong with my card and I had used it five places prior to coming to this location with no issue. She was being pretty rude and had about four different excuses of why my card was bad and it wasn’t her equipment or her machine and wasn’t her problem. I asked if there was another way to process my car and was again told, due to many reasons how bad my card is. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my food because they couldn’t process my card and insisted it was my problem. Hungry, I went across the street to a competitor, where my card was accepted and processed with absolutely no issues at all. I also heard this particular person hounding someone about payment prior to me as well. So, not only are you out the money for the wasted food that you made and didn’t get paid for, you then lost the money you could have collected to a competitor. Doesn’t make much sense to me. I attempted to call the location to speak with a manager, but no dice, just got hung up on. This place seems to be going down hill pretty quickly, and you might want to check your credit card equipment ?

I used the drive through service. The employee was great and friendly and she accepted to add a late order. Also the order was correct, fast, and hot as well. The food window employee was good but not as friendly as the one on the checkout.

Way too many preservatives in their food. That causes stomach problems.

The most ghetto McDonald's I've ever been too.I pulled up to the speaker and the guy said what do you want. I ordered my food and he ordered it incorrectly and overcharged me.I pull up to get my food and the girl says what did you order aggressively. Then snatches the receipt i had in my hand. She hands me by food and i had already asked about my overcharge and she rolled her eyes and told me to roll up front. The manager came out to give me another meal. I didn't want more food. I just wanted the difference in price and they kept saying that was the right price.I re explained like 3x that charging me for something then removing the extras to make it something else wasnt right. It is an upcharge for something less. The attitudes were horrendous so bad. I. Hispanic so when they started to speak to speak junk i understood everything! I guess I'm too light and they didn't realize with my mask on.

I drove up to the drive thru, and waited for a good 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I eventually drove up to the order confirmation window, and was stared at by an employee for about 5 more minutes. I then drove to the pickup window and had to place my order there. When I arrived home, I opened up the lil box that the burger comes in to find that the patty was completely mashed and that parts of the meat were ripped into little pieces? I bit into it, and the meat was completely cold and part of the bun was soaking wet. Absolutely disgusting. 0/5

Came for two mcflurries and got ice cream with Oreos on top not spun, Already thinking that the service was not good. Then I looked through the drive thru window, only to see a cashier in the actual store sleeping standing up with a lit cigarette in his hand. I informed the cashier that was checking me out (Which by the way I waited several minutes to be attended, so I moved up to the next window where I realized she was there socializing with her co worker-hence the wait) and she said that is normal. Clearly implying that this is a regular occurrence and not odd at all. This was at 9:33pm on a Sunday.

Front end service is horrible. The worse McDonald's I been at.
