This location is actually a really nice place but it’s dirty. Men passed out in the lobby booths could be why the young staff don’t clean it. It’s filthy. Made me question what the kitchen looks like. Did I mention how dirty it is? Floor so sticky I came out my shoe. Trashcans literally overflowing. Literally every table is dirty. Its terrible.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had a McDonald's. Waited 27 minutes for cheeseburger value meal. No apology. Offer of a food item. They wouldn't even acknowledge the wait.
The most and dirtiest McDonald I have ever seen. None of the tables were cleaned, dirt on the floor, the glass, the toilet flooded literally with 1/2 inch of urine on the floor. Food /beverage stall has not been cleaned for months. And service is poor.

We placed a mobile order and followed the steps outlined by the McDonald's app (check in upon arrival, select pickup choice, etc.) only to have our entire order given to another customer.We waited outside in a spot for more than 20 min. before deciding to use the drive thru instead because no one brought out our order. Upon pulling up to the drive thru and explaining that we had a mobile order, we were told the drive thru was out of service and "oh no, you HAVE to come in." When we finally make it inside (now over 30 min after checking in) we were told they didn't have our order! In addition to the blank stare and lack of customer service that was received from the male employee at the front counter (he literally just stared at me, no "hello," no "how can I help you," NOTHING!) the entire order had to be remade... another 15 or so min later, the order was finally completed with no discount or any additional compensation for their errors. We make it home to complete a Christmas wish for our children who were waiting so patiently for their meals only to find over cooked chicken nuggets and missing bbq sauce.
here name is amena work there she said iam th manger very nasty manner to treat any one like the way did to us . i took cup and I WAS IN LINE TO ORDER she start scream saying words should not use it . as THAT CALL STEALING TO TAKE CUP I CAN CALL POLICE FOR THIS TOO . oh my god i was on line to order food with th cup loud voice . disrespect older . oh my god that is why people like this make business go out of business hope i come next i find here go work with animals to learn from them some thing
Service for dine in has been very slow every time I’ve been there. Drive thru has never been a problem. This location is very dirty and filled with homeless people sleeping and hanging out. I recommend not going into the bathroom…
My daughter and I enjoyed a little vanilla ice cream cone and an Oreo McFlurry to decompress from our last-minute Christmas shopping run today. Instant happiness under $6 and the value? Priceless.
Got 2 Qtr Chz Dlx meals, one was medium sized and tea supposed to be half cut meaning half sweet and half unsweet tea, but was all sweet, plus there was a drink upcharge on this medium meal with medium tea, why??? also, one of the burgers was double meat, did not realize Qtr Pound had double meat??
