A big joke. After all that we’ve been through with the pandemic, the last thing I want to do before eating is touch a kiosk that people I don’t even know had put their dickbenders all over it. I don’t know where ppl have had their hands and what they e been doing? And I didn’t see anyone cleaning it either. They have registers but they won’t take your order unless you look Spanish or speak Spanish.
Great location, great staff, nice facility. Terrible parking lot! Try to go during off-hours or you'll have a real headache.
i used to get a big breakfast with no packages in any mc, here on this place the size of scrambled eggs is less than they put on egg muffing. You trust to this people put butter and jelly for you biscuit not at this place. Never I will buy anything from this mcdowels again. What incompetence also I order a black coffee and they put cream and sugar. If you get something here review your order. My review is NO STAR at all.
Absolutely disgusting!!!! There were multiple strands of hair in my 3 yr olds box of chicken nuggets in the kids meal. Then I took my 5 yr old inside to use the restroom and witnessed an EMPLOYEE leave the restroom stall after being in there for over five minutes (we were waiting the whole time) and she walked straight past the sink. Didn’t even think twice about washing her nasty hands! Then she went straight to the employees only closet and grabbed a sanitation rag and started cleaning tables. From there (still no hand washing) she pushed back the drink lids and napkins with her filthy bare hands. How disgusting. And we’re in the middle of a global pandemic. The management did not care one bit or even react when I told them. I will absolutely be reporting to the department of health.
Great food, always hot, great service. It's like I remember as a kid where McDonald's was a treat, the ones in Maryland are like they're trying to smash a double cheese to make it one patty. Great lunch spot
this store is the worst. every time I go I always miss something from the order, I am not one of the people who open the bag in the restaurant, the last thing that happened to me was that I went to buy two happy meals and when I get home and I opened de bag to give them to my 2 kids I realized that the 6 nuggets did not come in either of them, I called the store and a lady with a very bad temper answered me, she made up all the excuses she could ... this is the worst place avoid this place.

The food is awesome and the customer service is outstanding. Food always hot and fresh. They really care. The staff always up beat and kind. They smile and are very courteous. The most outstanding experience in a long long while. Keep that crew. Keep up the good work.
Really the worst customer service every time I’ve been. Shame because it’s really close by. But staff is RUDE and LAZY. The service at this McDonald’s is the worst. They straight up lie when you ask for something-not sure why? Just be jerks I guess? Asked kindly for ketchup, said they did not have any ketchup. But there was ketchup on our burger… asked if I could switch one of my kids toys for a different one said they didn’t have any. Walked right by a family that ordered after us and they had a different toy…
