This Longhorn does not practice sanitary protocols. Eat at your own risk! I found a bug in my food and got food poisoning from improper food handling within a six months time span.My boyfriend and I ordered a large meal on May 17th for dinner. We picked up the order and ate it at home. I wasn't too hungry, so I ate my sides (Brussel sprouts) and the bread. This afternoon (the 18th), I started eating my strawberry salad for lunch. Halfway through I find a bug stuck on the lettuce. Clearly, the cooks did not wash the lettuce beforehand. I also read someone else's comment from a few weeks ago. She ordered the same salad like me, and she, too, had a bug on hers. I called and spoke with a manager. He attempted to make excuses for their sanitation protocols stating that "when I'm here, we always wash the lettuce." Well, clearly not if two people in a month's span found a bug in their salads. As I explained to him, bugs on lettuce happen. However, as a restaurant and handler of food, servicing a large number of people daily, it is negligence. You are supposed to wash lettuce to remove bugs and other impurities. It's worth mentioning, also, that I got food poisoning back in January from this location. It was the Cesar salad. As I was eating it, the dressing tasted off (kind of sour). My senses told me to throw it away. A couple of hours later, and into the night, I was extremely sick (stomach pains and vomiting up the salad only) which lasted over 24 hours. I only ate a little bit of the dressing before stopping and still got that violently ill. Had I eaten more of it, I probably would have had to go to the hospital. I also told this to the manager I spoke with, and he did not seem to care at all. Again, making his excuses. Two back-to-back issues make it evident that they are not practicing proper sanitation protocols as a restaurant and they do not care to change their practices.

What can I say... honestly have nothing bad to say about this place! Decent drink selection, food on point.. I love the salmon comes with rice, Mac and cheese is a little extra but it's worth it! Especially if you like bacon! Also the crusted chicken is just as good! Staff always nice and helpful, wait time is normally short. No complaints here.

I ordered a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and I found a big on my lettuce. I immediately called the manager and he tried to argue that it’s a “raspberry seed”. Then he said “look at your salad. It has black seeds all over”. So I said you mean to tell me I don’t know how to differentiate between those 2? I do see the black things but they don’t look like this”. I took a picture. Am I crazy? This is not raspberry seed. This is a bug.

The food was great. My steak was seasoned and cooked (medium) perfectly. I ordered brussel sprouts and a loaded baked potato as my sides. The brussels were excellent with such a great cook on them and an awesome flavor. The potato was tasty and great side addition. I ordered a lobster tail on the side, which was cooked perfectly. You can't go wrong eating here. This is not my first time here, and it has always been consistently good.

Best steak I ever had since I moved here!!!So a week ago me and my friend went to this place tho our appointment was not supposed to be there and since we both are a fun of steak we jumped in to this place when we saw it …and it did not disappoint UsI had medium well done steak ribeye with mashed potatoes on the side as a main dish and it was ? Very delicious!! (I highly recommend every one to try this dish)Also The server was pretty good. He was friendly and he was very accommodating to our requests. Definitely it will be my go to place.

I loved it (because my wife loves it). But, the food is always on point. Good service, tasty meals and great desserts beat those fancy steakhouses any day of the week. The place was booming with business, so there was a wait, but it didn't take long at all. They need somebody in there like me that can come by and clean up the tables immediately and/or after messy customers drop things on the floor and leave them. Great place to visit though.

The steak was completely burned down, over-salted, and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed for a long time. Completely unacceptable for the place called the SteakHouse. Ridiculous waiting time on a weekday, despite more than a dozen of free tables. Service was slow, unfriendly, and very poor. I live nearby and have been here before - it looks like under current management this place has some serious problem with customer service. If you wanna have a nice dinner in a place that has a nice aura and friendly service, simply avoid it. Take your money somewhere else.

Great food. Very slow service.

Providing this review for management awareness. The appetizer & caesar salad were perfect. For my entree, my original steak was cooked medium instead of medium well. My server stated,"I will ask them to put it back on." I asked for a new steak & because the 6 oz was sold out I was bought the 9oz cut, which tasted terrible & was a fattier cut. 1st, During a pandemic, why would you allow your team to put my food that I cut open with my used utensils back on the grill? 2nd, Once a steak is cut open, you can't properly re-cook it to standard. The top of the sweet potato was cooked properly, but towards the inside and bottom, it was too firm.

Unfortunately we received a gift card and needed to use it. Never again. Other than the place being nearly empty and our waiter attentive there was "nothing" to rave about. Food/drinks service time were incredibly slow. Some of our entires arrived cold. We sent them back. Our soup options, French/Lobster tasted just bad. We moved them aside. Our other choices were - would not order again for sure. The only food bright spot was a sirloin steak. That was it. 5 people $150 + tip. We tipped the waiter well, it wasn't his fought. Avoid and try a local spot instead of this woeful chain. It's not worth even a free gift card meal. Sad indeed. Good luck.
