Baguettes is better than other ban mi restaurants with crunchy crust but ban mi sandwich prices are higher. To be fair their sandwich sizes are considered large at other ban mi places. Pork and shrimp spring rolls and summer rolls were just average.
Disappointed. This time, I tried the rice with grilled pork chop & meat loaf. It's a very traditional rice dish that you can find at any Vietnamese restaurant. The rice was mushy (they added too much water when cooking the rice), the pork chop was not tender and flavorful, and I couldn't taste the fish sauce at all. You'd better go somewhere else like Eden Center or some other Vietnamese restaurants in the same area if you want something having more flavor and cooked right. Oh, moreover, they are skimpy on the meat in the sandwiches. Like other posts said, this place is overpriced for what it offers COMPARED to other similar places.
I ordered a SMALL ice coffee. I saw when they were making it she FILLED the cup with ice I asked her if she could do less ice she removed some and again some more. When it was okay she filled the cup with coffee only half way (same as the ice amount) smh- what kinda of B.S is that?! Paid $6 to get half a small cup of coffee?! The coffee is good but not worth the money! Not going back there that’s for sure!
Always amazing food and they cater to any need you have! The baguettes are to die for and a steal! Definitely recommend trying Lee's iced coffee, it's my go to spot for a pick me up!

What is the non-cash fee???? They ignored me and turned their back on me when I asked them. Just know that the fee is for using a credit card when I check the reviews here. $2.44??? I know prices had gone up everywhere but this place is just ridiculous. Every single time I've been there I've been paying more and more to the point that I feel I'm getting ripped off. A small coffee cost like 6 dollars, and people think starbucks is overpriced, wait for them to find this place. Service is terrible also, sometimes it feels like they just hate to service people. I'm definitely never going back.
Has gone downhill in quality recently. Cleanliness is suspect - dirty food wrappers, workers who look sick, etc. Also, if you buy a $7.29 sandwich, they will give a receipt for $7.73 (inc. tax) but then charge your credit card $8.00 because they have decided to also charge a fee for using credit cards (that isn't on the receipt, possibly because they know they aren't allowed to do this). There are much better places around to get food.
Everytime I go I feel they keep increasing their price. Although their coffee is ridiculously overpriced, they increased it even more now. One Small coffee cost $5 plus they charge extra .10 if you pay with card. What do they put in their hot coffee like it's coming directly from Vietnam or something?? Also service is always so bad and it's like they don't like serving people who are not Vietnamese. Don't recommend at all. Will stay away from this place from now. Complete rip off and unsanitized place.
Amazing fresh baguettes, and THE best vietnamese sandwiches. Crispy spring rolls that will knock your socks off too. Haven't tried their pho yet, but look forward to it!
