I bought a banh chung at this store and there was mold in the food. Unbelievable, this shop sells spoiled food to people. I will report and never come back again.
Very nice has lot of variety
I when to the store around 7pm and got myself a Taro bubble tea. The bubble tea tasted awful. It tasted like water.
A friend recommended this bakery a few years back. It’s pretty much the only Vietnamese bakery I go to now.They have a plethora of pastries, sweets, sandwiches, iced drinks and my favourite, the pâté.Definitely go explore and try a couple things even if you don’t know what it is, more than likely you’ll love itN.B. go early because all the good stuff sells out early and that they need to add Apple & Google pay options.
I ordered the jackfruit smoothie but it doesn't taste like jackfruit at all and also the boba was under cooked and hard and cashier look like she doesn't wanna be there!
We buy mooncakes from Kim Phung Bakery every year and never had any problems. Last Sunday we bought several boxes of assorted mooncakes to gift to family and friends and kept 2 mooncakes for ourselves. On Wednesday we noticed thru the clear wrappers that the mooncakes had turned moldy. We checked with family members to whom we gifted the mooncakes and they confirmed theirs were either moldy or the fillings were spoiled and tasted sour. We called the store to complain, and whoever answered the phone said it's our fault for not properly stored them. We told them we left them out on the kitchen counter, like they're doing at the store, unrefrigerated, and normally would finish them within a week with no problems. These mooncakes don't come cheap, they're $40-50+ for a box of 4, depending on the fillings, so we're upset that they go bad so quickly. We'll never buy mooncakes from Kim Phung again!

This is my first time visiting this store. I was waiting for my wife who was in the line, and the cashier lady yelled at me "what are you waiting for?". Super duper rude. We brought home some dried bananas from this store. Later we found out that the dried bananas have a lot of sand and dirt mixed inside. The food was dirty and tasted bad. Even though some people recommended this place, my experience was pretty horrible.
Extremely overpriced and the owners were super rude to us. Overall really bad customer service!
