Literally the worst!! I have ordered for delivery twice now and it has taken over an hour. Just tried to call them multiple times and no one has answered. I'm still waiting on my food which I already paid for of course. My lunch break will be long over by the time my food arrives, if it ever does!
This Jimmy John's is clean and people working there are very courteous.
No hot sandwiches
This branch does not carry the gluten free sub roll as indicated by the national advertisements. Guess business goes to fire house subs for being consistent on their advertising.
I have ordered delivery from here often and service has gone down hill in the last couple of months. The wait is extremely long, over 90 mins. When my food finally arrived today my sub was smooshed and wasn’t even cool anymore but hot like it had been sitting in the sun. Honestly, didn’t even eat it because I was too worried about how long it had been warm. Not worth risking food poisoning for. My drink was completely watered down and flat. To top it off the cup was covered in dirty debris aka hair and dirt from the delivery drivers car. Extremely disappointed. I’ve tried calling for the last hour and a half to reach someone in the actual store but no one answers the phone. I submitted a complaint online and request a full refund. It might be a cheaper option but it’s not fast and it’s definitely not quality, not anymore at least.
I made an online order through doordash as a gift. My friend says the order canceled but my phone says its in progress. So I call the store to clarify or get refunded and no one picks up the phone. I called multiple times using the doordash app, the phone number listed on Google maps and their on website. Don't waste your money the customer service is Clearly terrible

I love Jimmy John's food, but the delivery service specifically needs some work. Ordered a sandwich for delivery around 10:49am, received a notification it was at my place, and nowhere to be seen. I called the restaurant about my food, and they said they would re-deliver. About 90 minutes and another call later, I finally get my food. This is the second time this has happened. I won't be ordering this location again.
Its the middle of a pandemic and the woman making the sandwiches had her mask folded over so it barely covered her lips. It didn't cover her nose at all. I threw my sandwich in the trash. What a waste.
It’s a Jimmy John’s. My daughter loved hers in college, then grew up. I tried for something different. Not sure why. Solid food, just not the taste I enjoy. I guess it’s Pepsi or Coke. If I have to have fast food sub, I prefer Deli Italiano in Great Falls, but will settle for Subway
