Jasmine Garden was excellent for dinner this evening. The chinese menu had some new dishes we really enjoyed such as the fried shrimp w egg yolk and our long time favorites dried tofu w bamboo shoots, three flavored chicken, eggplant basil, shredded beef w chilis, and mapo tofu fish. The service is friendly, warm and helpful, and when the restaurant is crowded, you need to be patient as the service staff balances the demands. The food is well worth any wait and the flavors very authentic chinese, delicious, and spiced to one’s taste. Really enjoy this restaurant and our family always leaves content!

The food is excellent, fresh, authentic Chinese food. The owners are amazing and take great care of their guest like family. The atmosphere was very family friendly, clean, and a great place to meet and talk.

Wow! This is my new favorite, long awaited authentic Chinese restaurant. I am a foodie, so I am very selective about where I eat and spend my coins! With that being said, I will not make you wait any longer for my review. First, the food is very tasty and delightful to the palette. You can tell that a lot of LOVE is placed in each and every dish. I have not tasted anything that I have not enjoyed! The family atmosphere and friendly staff are so beautiful. This restaurant is women-owned and these young ladies are exceptional in every way. I really appreciate that they have chosen to uphold the quality, maintain a consistent standard through their food and most importantly, continue to maintain the chinese culture and authenticity. Again, you won't go wrong by giving them a try!

Me and my wife come to this restaurant a lot since 2015. It has authentic Chinese food, both for Szechuan and Taiwanese food. Love this place, highly recommended!

I've been coming here for 10+ years. I've not found an equivalent restaurant for Chinese food cooked in the Szechuan style with Jasmine spice in the DC area so I keep coming back! Love it!

Best Hot and Sour soup, spicy chicken with eggplant and pork with fresh hot pepper, fish hot pot, three pepper chicken. Only thing better than the food is the staff…friendly, prompt, funny.

Great, authentic Chinese food and the staff is always welcoming. One of my favorite restaurants to dine and order from in the DMV area!

Before the pandemic, we patronized this restaurant often and have always loved the food - they have dishes to serve the typical American palette but also have a traditional Szechuan menu that is authentic and delicious. We will probably go in to eat again, because their hospitality in person has always been warm and wonderful. However, this evening we placed an order online through BeyondMenu, and the order was for food to be ready "ASAP" (the site is not good at giving feedback, but it estimated 15 minutes after the order was placed, or 4:28 PM). We gave it some extra time, and showed up at 5 to pick up the order. The order wasn't ready, and I was told it would be 10 minutes. OK. I can handle that. I returned at 5:15, but ended up waiting until 6 before the order was filled. The wife and small kids were waiting in the car this whole time. As an apology, they gave us an order of dumplings. Two stars because the food (when it finally came) was delicious, and because of the token of apology. But that amount of delay was a serious problem, as was the (lack of) communication--she told me it would be ready soon, but it wasn't at all. Iron out the online ordering and just be straight with me, please.

This is our go to Chinese restaurant. The spring rolls are nice and crispy. Their Peking Duck is excellent, crispy skin, tender and juicy duck, and of course scallions, pancakes, and duck sauce. Beef with scallions isI love their homestyle Chinese mustard.

Incredible traditional Chinese (Szechuan style) food!! Go expecting incredible traditional food, order off of the traditional menu! You may have to request the traditional menu, but it’s SO worth it. Don’t go in expecting a fine dining experience, but the more you frequent the place, the more you get acquainted with their style of service and learn to appreciate it.
