Jake’s Ice cream is hands down the best tasting ice cream in town! Their innovative flavors (all delicious but we love the prime caramel and pistachio), very friendly service, and great causes they support. Plus the owner is a local! Great for a post dinner or pool stop, have to-go pints, or what we love is the waffle cone set that comes with 4 cones, toppings, and 3 pints to go!
Ice cream was very good but the customer service was terrible. The man that took our order seemed to be mad or maybe he is just rude, no patience and bad attitude. I won't go back.Answer to your response (04/14/2022):No, me and family were masked up since the entrance. That was not the issue, do not put it on me. That person was disrespectful, even my child asked me why he was shouting to me. Accept your responsibility. Train your staff or yourself.
Delicious ice cream with a wonderful variety of flavors! They were even able to please our non-dairy folks with several options. There is a pleasant seating area so that you can relax and enjoy your treat. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Let me tell you, whatever reason brings you here the first time, you'll come back for the ice cream.This is real ice cream. It's not "ice cream without eggs". This IS ice cream. Ice cream with eggs is either frozen custard or gelato (depending on how many eggs). I've made plenty of ice cream at home. Making real ice cream is an art (and a pain!). So hats off to this place.We had the blackberry, ND chocolate and Oreo cookie. I was partial to the blackberry flavor even though all three were probably equally good. They also have beautifully decorated waffle cones.The service was friendly and helpful.We will be back!!!

Just went to check out this place today. My family tried some fun new flavors like banana, pistachio, and crème brûlée- they were all delicious! Friendly staff, easily accessible location, very clean & bright space. We can’t wait to go back and try new flavors, as well as all the fabulous looking cakes, cake pops, and waffle cone kits to take home!
