We have a bad experience today at glory days the server was not a good server his not checking the customer if they wanted more drinks is called customer service and friendly suck service!!!!
We were in town from Dallas for business and just happened to find this awesome restaurant. We literally went to two other sports restaurants but left them both because we didn’t feel the vibe. On Friday night, we had great service and met a few people on the patio, so we felt very at ease. After sightseeing all day on Saturday, we made it our mission to go back for food and to rest our weary feet. The server, Cindy, was phenomenal and the people on the patio treated us like family. I have already told all my friends and family that if they are ever in the area, they need to come hang out here. I’m going to figure out a way to arrange my husband’s business trips so we can make a pit stop here for good food, great service and an awesome atmosphere.
Edit/update: recived a generic response from the management to "send an email" to describe what happened? I think what I mentioned here was self-explanatory.Email was sent with a follow-up email and still no response.Stay away and not recommended. I'll take my business elsewhere ?I had a very bad experience today at this branch over at Falls Church, VA.I was able to get a seat fairly quickly as they weren't busy (other than a group in the back)I sat at the bar and the bar tender asked me what I would like to drink and that's all she did. I wasn't offered a menu or anything not by her or the older other waiter with glasses and a white shirt.Another customer arrived after me and he was served a drink and a menu later on.I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be offered a menu. I understand they might have been busy but that doesn't mean I get neglected.Finally I had to ask to settle my bill for my drink so that I could leave.The same bartender who served my drink earlier came up with an angry demeanor asking if I was the "one" who wanted to pay.I told the bartender that I came in here to eat and you (she) didn't offer me a menu. She just said in the least flattering manner "oh I'm sorry" turned her back and walked away after leaving me with the bill.Essentially it comes down to racial profiling and they didn't want to serve me. Why else was the other customer who arrived after me served first and I was treated this way.Simple they don't serve my my kind here.
I love the food here! I've dined here quite a few times and the food is consistently good. My favorite is the buffalo chicken dip, yum! We have always had timely service and I love that they are kid friendly. Definitely recommend!
The food and drinks were great. The indoor temperature was a bit too cold for my comfort. I plan to visit again in the near future.
I was driving around this plaza, and I saw this place. I was hungry. I popped in and asked if I could get takeout, and they said yes. I ordered a cheese steak with no lettuce tomato or Mayo. I just got home. Lots of lettuce on my sandwich. The dupe was stapled to my bag, so I looked at it. It says "Philly cheese steak with fries no tomato no Mayo". Where I come from we don't put lettuce on cheese steaks, unless someone asks. It was under all the meat, not on top. I was already hangry, and now I'm just sad. This kind of stuff happens to me all the time.
Bad customer service, staff didn’t know how to greet a customer. Will never go back to this location again, I just left because no one showed up to my table not even ask for a water for 20 minutes! Staff needs to know how to provide a better CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Been here before and had no issues that's why I'm giving a two star, but the last time I went the service was terrible. I ordered basic food meaning fries and tenders for my kids, a burger and wings. After we arrived two other parties had arrived. Their food was served before us. After waiting an hour we decide to leave. They did try to accommodate but 1 hour was way to long, I understand being short staffed but if people after us was going to be served before us I didn't find that right at all.
My husband and I were sat down immediately and had great service! The wait on food and drinks was very minimal even with a packed dining area. The wings are amazing!! We will definitely be returning to this location
Very nice Sports Pub. I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich BLT style supposedly with onion straws but they never materialized the sandwich was delicious. Chicken was super tender very large portion. My date had the fried shrimp plate and it was excellent.
