Locked the door 30 minutes before it closed and refused to let me in or make an order..Great food but disappointing service overall.
The food is decent, but when the interaction with the cashier is horrible especially when you're one of the only people there, it definitely didn't make me excited about the food. Which really sucked because I had been looking forward to trying Elevation Burger for a couple of months now and finally had the time. Plus the fact that I didn't get my drink even though I asked repeatedly.The food is really good, but theres a pretty good chance that I will not be going back to this location.
Waited several minutes while cashier messed with something??Finally took my order and 3 more behind me.The 2 that are supposed to be cooking, are sitting down and playing on phones..Finally she was able to get them working. I'm sure it's going to be Great
I showed up here at 25m before closing, and the staff behind the counter was incredibly rude. She snapped at me that they were closed, they were closing early and I needed to leave. We were there for several minutes earlier, and she didn't say anything until we tried to order. If she wasn't so incredibly rude about it I probably wouldn't have minded, but snapping at customers that come in within business hours is an unacceptable practice. I won't be visiting here again.
Good burgers. I got the actual Elevation Burger. Tasty! My vegan hubby says that they serve one of the best vegan burgers he's ever had.We dined in the restaurant. There were no clean tables. The bathroom had neither toilet paper or paper towels. Someone had piled up napkins in there for multi purpose use. Those are my only qualms.
Carmen told me it is 20 mins. before closing I'm not allowed to eat in here. I have never had this happen. She always has a bad attitude. This doesn't make me want to come. This is extremely bad for your business.
Not sure if I ever completed my review for this place but wow I was working on if I was church and went in here and the burgers are off the chain on your rings are the best I've ever had in my life
Still tastes great but we had to wait over 40 mins for five burgers that cost over a hundred dollars. Too long for that price. Given we were told it was a 15 min wait. Need to estimate more accurately.
I usually don’t post reviews, but this place was really, really bad. I got the double beef cheeseburger, which consisted of two, exactly uniform patties that resembled hockey pucks. It was so chewy and tough.You only get up to 3 toppings, so if you want ketchup, Mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes, you have to pay extra. And how do fries cost $6 before tax? Insanity.Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s down the street. You’ll save time, money, and it’ll honestly taste much better.The staff was nice though.
They gave me a burger with a moldy bun. How do you not notice that when you put this sandwich together. I actually took a bite before I noticed the taste then mold. No apologies after I brought this to their attention.
