I visited the store drive-thru on 5/1 at 4:49 p.m. - I ordered one chocolate cake donut and discovered after driving away that I had received the wrong donut - zero for one, not a great statistic. Additionally, when I was going to the pick-up window there was a man pushing a shopping cart filled with carved animal carcasses through the drive-thru before turning and entering the building - I don’t think this was technically connected to the Dunkin Donuts, but this is an alarming experience for drive-thru customers.
They messed up my order 3 out of 5 times ive been there. And the drive through takes really long. ( probably because they mess other orders up too. ) im all for second chances but they continue to mess up :(
We ordered three sausage egg and cheese croissants with a frozen matcha. The order was done right but did not do the modifications we did through online order, which was the cheese. We got there and order was ready. This was in the afternoon, so not sure how it compares to mornings. I travel across the country and have been to the heart of DD in Boston, MA. Where the service, food and donuts are amazing.I will say there were ONLY two working. This location is great they just desperately need more staff.
Wow.. whoever is doing night shift is doing an amazing job this Bagel has just the right amount of cream cheese, drink is A1. This location hasn’t been like this in so long keep doing what you doing ! ??
I’m forced to go to this slow as Dunkin’. It’s the worst and you wait so for a pre order and then your order is not right

I order vege egg , they didn’t put egg , just put cream cheese, No greeting, they don’t know how to talk , no English, bad service, I call in store no one answering phone , quality very bad and cold bengal, looks like thay all Ethiopian .. all syndicate..better mid employee..all together is sucks this place , please don’t go this place…
I’m literally still waiting in line for my order right now as I post this review. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes now on this Sunday morning and there’s still 5 cars ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous that they consider themselves to be in the fast food industry. Last stop at this location without a doubt.
Do not go here in the morning for the drive-through. It is slow slow slow. The person who took my order had to stop me three times because I was ordering two drinks. I need to look for a faster Dunkin’ Donuts elsewhere.
Donuts were average for a Dunkin, so I’ll give it 2 stars for that. But outside of that area, the place is obviously not well managed and I will not be returning. Showed up a minute before they opened and ended up waiting over 10 minutes for them to actually open the store. If you ever have to use the drive thru, the speaker is not adequate to hear anything from or the employees just don’t like using their big girl voices, so make sure you repeat the order at the window or it will probably be wrong. Employees I encountered were also rude, especially the young woman working the opening shift.
