The manager is literally the most racist person I’ve met so far. He has mocked a few customers and literally scares people from wanting to go here anymore and honestly its not surprising. I know a girl who used to work here too and she said it was managed very poorly and she and others were treated unfairly. They also take forever with orders for some reason ?
I've been here on many occasions. Has to be one of the poorest run Dunkin Donuts and that's saying a lot. Almost 20 minutes to do an online order, not that they were that busy. Employees unaware there's an online order, bickering amongst themselves who is supposed to do what. And they still missed an item.Yes, I know. Why do I continue to go there.
Store was dirty behind the counter, staff semi friendly. I ordered a chai latte w/almond milk...that was good! The doughnuts, kind of stale. I have had this issue with most of the DD I've visited. They may have good coffee/latte's but doughnuts...not so much
Ordered 1/2 doz donuts at 11:20 on 2/27. Literally had ten things done wrong by new employee before I left with my mushed boston creme donuts 5 minutes later. Horrible experience.
Literally 7 each doughnuts on the shelves. Guy said “I don’t know what it is about sundays”. Well if it’s busy and you know it’s busy shouldn’t you be producing doughnuts. Smh. You have one job.
Nice staff, donuts are same anywhere you go, but would it kill them to sweep their floors, wipe the tables, and clean their bathrooms? Dirtiest dunkin I’ve ever been to. Sorry.

Service in this location is bad, I would give 0 stars if allowed, I went to this location in the morning to grab a bagel, two guys working one guy just standing and watching the other working at very slow phase and when i asked for bagel w cream and cheese he said it would be a 20 min wait and the work area is filthy.
Honestly waited in line for more than 30mins, there's no donuts on the rack, no good customer service when taking the order. Best to do is order ahead here!!
