I highly recommend District Taco! This was the first restaurant I came to upon arriving in Virginia for my relocation. I love this place. The food is made fresh in front of you. They do it quickly but thoroughly. The staff is amazing! Very attentive. They ask your name when you order and they remember you as a guest when you return. I’ve been obsessed with their food since arriving. They offer their tacos with different toppings or you can get them “Mexican style,” which are street tacos. I am from Los Angeles, so this is how I like them. They are amazing! They also have a chipotle sauce that’s pure heaven in its smokiness! The topping combination choices make this place somewhere you can eat daily and try new things every day! This District Taco is my favorite location! Enjoy!
4/1/22 update: Disappointing spot now. They've gotten rid of all cashiers so you have to struggle through their computer to place your own order. You're out of luck if you have any special requests. Soda machine wasn't dispensing correctly and the staff member (Erick) said he wouldn't give me a refund for the fountain drink I didn't use - my only option was "buy the real sugar Coke bottles".About a year ago: A bit of a wait to order but food came surprisingly fast. Fish tacos only available some days of the week and sold in sets of three. Two was pretty filling, but no option for less than a full portion. Very good nonetheless!
Was a good experience over all! Decent food, the quesadilla was out of this world! The tacos were okay.Recommend for a quick taco fix!
There were two of us dining and we each got 3 tacos and a fountain drink and shared chips and salsa. The food is good but it is certainly overpriced. For example, each medium fountain drink was over 3 bucks. Our total was $33 which seems high for what we got.
What happened to the queso??? Used to be great, now it’s like a cup of warm milk :(
This place was so good. I already can't wait for my next visit. It has become one of my favorite eateries in the area. Definitely a go-to spot now. The fish and steak tacos are scrumptious. ??Check it out.
Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, but the ice machine was broken, and the fringe soda brand didn’t taste the best. Tacos didn’t taste like they do in the DC location, so I was a little let down when the hype I put on my friend wasn’t as impressed (and neither was I).

Delicious!! I got three different tacos and chips and queso. The chips were a little stale but the tacos and queso were great. Highly recommend!
