Attention please!Chipotle is failing apart like Babylon. They are absolutely a trash place like no other time. They hire high school bullies and people with zero customer service and communication skill. Especially this specific location is a grand example of how not paying good to your employee and bring the ones that no other business hires KILL your business. Great disrespectful, bully employees overall, and luck of leader will take you all the one down SOON!Rude, unprofessional and high school bully staffs and absolutely zero leadership or management to at least polish them ain’t take you no good place!Over all, having those in your stores and ignoring customers complaint is your one and the only strength now! The “manager” straight up told me he is three people short and the last thing he cares about is customers complaint lol I will never go there again! Ever! If you are ready to be bullied left and right with the language you know (and don’t know) visit this store. You will be satisfied!
Staff seem more concerned with conversing among themselves in Spanish while preparing your order rather than paying attention...burrito missing THREE ingredients, not good enough
Had a horrible experience, everyone was very rude, they rushed me to get my order even tho there was no line. They charged me for the wrong thing, didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Talked to the manager to fix the problem, and he was very rude, even throw the receipt at me. Horrible service.
No instructions followed for online order. Went to pickup order placed from mobile app and received ingredients I didn’t select due to allergies. They do not care here.

Save your money & time!! I stopped to get a chicken bowl and the chicken was extremely hard, old and cold!!! I don’t understand why because they just had open for the day. So everything should’ve been fresh. The chicken bowl was so disgusting to the point I could’ve even eat it. I’m highly upset I spent my money and this is what I get. I tried calling to speak with the manager and of course, they don't answer the phone. Poor customer service.

There was this one dude named Fusto and idk man he’s such a good worker like I’ve never been served with such high quality in my life. (I’ve also never met him before so I’m being unbiased ?) He deserved a raise in my opinion. Also his coworkers are really chill and cool so they deserve a raise to ;)

Rude service. They d an awful job wrapping my burrito and all the stuff was falling out, so i asked to double wrap it and she pretended not to hear me and threw it in the bag when it was all messy, and then i asked again to double wrap it so they charged extra and just gave me a second tortilla. Now i have a messed up burrito and a second tortilla, pretty rude workers
