I'd give it 0 stars but google will not allow me to. Service at this store is horrible. We just had a heated exchange with the store manager. As we entered the store we noticed that the staff was busy with online orders however after 5 minutes there was no acknowledgement of our presence. It appeared as though all of the staff members were looking right through us. We spoke up by saying hello and asked if anyone would assist us. The store manager protests "You see we are busy, you'll have to wait or go somewhere else" Acknowledgement was all that we asked for. The fact that we were ignored then argued down was enough for me not to ever return!Customer Service is such a lost art
This place is an absolute disgrace. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but they just had their last strike. Multiple issues with messing up orders, the food quality is absolutely terrible, and the place is disgusting inside. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place to be ran so poorly. Horrible.
I did pick up from this location. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the portion size. For sure I won't come back.
this place always be skimping on their portion sizes, smh. the chipotle off baileys crossroads gives you extra of everything by default.
This place is biggest rip off I went to get a chicken bowl and I paid for double chicken and the lady didn’t even put half scoop of chicken in my bowl I think the owner to broke to pay for his rent so told his workers to put less stuff in the bowl u know how they say rich always stays Rich by takin money from other I would never go here again this place is biggest rip of around the area they ask people to put fake reviews the food is trash too
We order 5 meals tonight for pickup and when we got home we discovers that every single order was wrong. For example several orders we said no beans and bean was put in very dish! One Oder asked for double chicken and did not get it… another asked for everything with beef with white rice but got brown rice and beans didn’t want either… Avoid this location for pickup or any remote orders… go in person and make your selections… even better I could not call or find a place to make the complaint to the store In Mosaic!
Food is handled very well & tastes wonderful. Best chipotle spot in northern VA!!
This is one of the most poorly managed Chipotles I've ever been to. My girl and I have been regular customers for several years, and our experience with this chipotle has always been a disappointment, stemming back before labor shortages, covid, etc... Just a few of the issues we've had: small portion sizes, we've received stale chips, Brown guacamole, undercooked rice, it's always something. Whether we pick up or get it delivered, something always seems to come up short. Far from the quality one would expect during chipotle's beginnings back in the day. We keep going back because of it's convenience, but will be going to a different chipotle from now on... It's not worth it anymore
Worst chipotle ever I order thru online and I got delivery just chips and my drinks but not my two bowl
Portions are smaller and rice is under cooked(hard).
