I had a very poor online pick up order. I ordered my family dinner online and for pick up. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos, but we all ordered bowls and our meals were literally served half of every portion. Typically bowl portion are serviced by spoonful, however ours were no more than half or less than a half spoonful. Some of our orders also missed some items - one bowl was missing corn and the sticker on the bowl said corn, also one of my family members got sick right after. We couldn’t finish our meals. I spend $60. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Management please take the time to train your employees who are servicing. Although you are a chain/franchised your customers do expect the same level of service at every Chipotle. I looked at recent reviews before posting and it’s sad I’m not the only one. For the next customer reading this, if possible order from another Chipotle.

Placed a mobile carry out order today and got home to find the burrito was pathetically small... like smaller than my hand. Probably half the size of what I got the last time I got one a few months ago; closer in size to a Taco Bell burrito than what I'm used to from Chipotle. It also seemed to be about 3/4ths filled with rice and very skimpy on the main ingredients. If this is the product they are serving now, for $12 a burrito, there's zero value prop for me to come back.

Probably the worst chipotle I have been too and I’ve been to multiple. The cooks and the people doing the line just talk to each other about the customers mind you I am Spanish myself and understand what they say. They care more about online orders than they do the long line they have in front of them. I’ve been standing here for the past 15 minutes while the last finishes all her online orders then mind you she walked away 5 times just to go talk to a coworker. Last time you will catch me here.

The music is way too loud. The employees can't hear us and were about to serve the wrong ingredients until we gestured and shouted that we didn't want it. Please turn down the music a few notches. Other than that, the cashier was super kind and friendly. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, especially the fajitas. Thank you!

Picked up a burrito for dinner. The place was relatively clean and the staff was friendly.

If you order online, do not come here. They’ve messed up multiple orders. And their staff is so rude! They leave stuff out, get your bowl all wrong and even replace your bowl with someone else’s somehow!!

No offense, but I think that the employees should focus on the client when they are serving them and not on what their co-workers are gossiping about, since they do not pay attention to what the client tells them and they serve us the wrong things

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The girl making my burrito did a horrible job. The burrito fell apart as soon as I started eating it. Then it took 5 minutes to get the wrong salsa for my chips. Never going back.

Old lady that works here at this location it’s RUDE and Disrespectful!!!She was doing a big deal for a side of tomato and salsaShe needs to be retrained and more customer service orientatedIf a customer want something she should do it that’s why customers are paying for!
