Rude staff and they don’t give Proper portions.Went to this location yesterday their rice was basically empty they scraped it from the bottom of the container the steak was old and dried when I brought this up they had an attitude I told the young lady I would like a full portion of corn the young man refused to give me my food and less I paid extra for the corn which is not chipotle policy at all. I had to literally call corporate just to get my food Ended up making it home. 1hr and 30 minutes later than I wanted. They’re young manager has an attitude problem he was talking to me as if we were homeboys or something. Very unprofessional. Someone from their corporate office assisted me and I was able to get my food . My opinion just skip over this chipotle drive down to any of the other locations people are way nicer these guys are not worth your money.
We just ordered a carry out and even though we were there earlier than the pick up time the food was cold. Guac was almost brown and the quantity of food was less than anywhere else. ?♂️Bad news, this is the closest branch to our home ??♂️
Food quality is fine but I'm leaving this one star review because I have run into the same issue at this particular location. Ordered double full portions of protein and received a smaller/lesser bowl than a "regular" portion of protein, which is just ridiculous considering the upcharge. Chipotle app has an easy way to claim problem orders, thankfully - but this really shouldn't be the standard of service received here.

Was pleased to see only three people ahead of me so walked in. But in store ordering is apparently a low priority so it took 15 minutes to get my simple burrito bowl order. 6 workers all working hard and pretty efficiently. But not great if you haven’t ordered in advance, even with a short line
Tiny portions as compared to other Chipotle locations. My side of guacamole container was barely half full.
Just ordered from here 5 minutes ago. Brown rice was a mix of cooked/undercooked rice. My bowl was not edible without chipping a tooth on the rice. Tried to call twice to let them know to pull the rice but no one picked up. I love Chipotle, but I'm still hungry and out $10.
The line staff was very unorganized, unsanitary and unprofessional. One of the workers said “where are all these people coming from, they need to go home”. Shoving people food down the line INCORRECTLY on line table which was a mess, conversations amongst one another bad talking one another and in their phones. Like… what’s up with that?!
Great service great food
Ridiculously rude and refused us ingredients because they were for “online only.” Manager wouldn’t even look at us to answer questions when we asked why we couldn’t have something for being in person. Do not come to this chipotle, absolutely awful.
