My meal was ruined. I ordered 2 Chik Fil A Sauce only to get home and find it missing. For so much talking "my pleasure" you cannot get the details right. Train your employees to understand what saying "my pleasure" means If you cannot do something right then do not do it at all. I will be writing a letter to the President of the company. My food was left forgotten on the counter here in the past. The metal on the outside of the store has paint peeling off of it. Paint the dang store.
I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because usually when I have an issue, they rectify it. But I wish they just wouldn’t mess up in the first place. I ordered a salad last week, and they didn’t give me either of the two dressing I asked for, and when I gave feedback, I got a free salad. I went tonight to get said free salad, and they gave me one dressing, when my mobile order specifically asked for two. unfortunately, I’m not playing some mind game with chickfila in which i order two and only want one, I genuinely want two, and when I order two, I expect two. This is a recurring issue and it seems the management has no intentions of making it better.
Wellp, this might be the last time I get brekkie here. Coffee ALWAYS burnt, and I still can’t get over, all these yrs later, why they had to replace peppers and onions w hash browns in their burritos. This morning I ordered the nuggets burrito…but without hash. It came w hash, and there were like 3 pieces of chicken in there w copious eggs… i guess the recession is hitting them too ??♀️
Decent experienceOrdered my usual hash browns and Chick-fil-A sauce, the worker then politely asked me how many sauces I would like, In all my Chick-fil-A experience I have never been treated with such kind greetings. This establishment is family friendly, and the hash browns came out crispy and hot, they were also the perfect color! They also had the soft and deluctable mints, a Chick-fil-A treat I have not had for years!! If you're looking for a nice place to sit down and enjoy breakfast, this place would be for you!
I swear this is the most GHETTO Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Anyone that continues to come here are probably coming for the convenience of the location if they live in the area like I do. But I’ve been here several times and I am always disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. Whoever is running this establishment needs to be reviewed as well as the staff they employ. I’ve finally had enough and will go to the location in Crystal City instead...never had a problem there. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me is I waited 20 minutes for a single order of nuggets that were just sitting on the counter. They don’t always call names when a mobile order comes out so they’ll just leave it sitting. If it wasn’t for me saying something, who knows how long I would have waited. The worst part is that when I complained that the nuggets were cold, the staff member lied and told me they just came out. Told him to give me a fresh batch of nuggets and all he did was take the same nuggets and put them in a new bag like I didn’t see it and told me to “have a nice day” sarcastically. Unbelievable! Will not be returning. 1 star is too good for them.
Going inside is fine but the curbside pick up is very inconsistent... often slower then it is to be. Not sure what changed but it'll probably be my last time doing curbside pick up for a while.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to in my life. I've been here several times and there's ALWAYS an issue. My order has been forgotten on the counter with no one at the mobile order station... more than once. I've had items forgotten in my order.. more than once. Deliveries take 45 minutes or more because they're usually late. One time I was even left waiting in the curbside area for 30 minutes because they thought they brought my order and checked it off their list and still tried to serve me the completely melted milkshake. At this point the only reason I continue to come here is because I made a game out of seeing how they'll mess up again.
Disappointing service!Ordered for curbside pick up. Once home, noted that part of the order was missing. Called the restaurant repeatedly and was not able to talk to anyone. Kept on being prompted to press #3 to talk to the manager, who never answered the call. Persistently got the message "the person you are calling has a voice mail , which is not yet set up ".
I ordered online but they didn’t get my order. And I come inside order them say the System it’s happened. That fine for that . I ordered again and I waited for 30’ for my order .and went I have order my food it’s not warm up. I don’t understand why the French fries it’s so cool
The customer service is the worst! Me and my friend ordered from curbside and they gave us the wrong item. it’s fine people mistakes right? We went in told them that we had received the wrong item, the order was on the phone but we waited in line so it disappeared for some reason. We thought it would be fine if we gave them the name and maybe they can access it…nope they told us to bring the receipt. So me and my friend went out got the receipt and they told us to stand in line again and even after we finally got past the line the girl that got our order wrong was walking around trying to avoid talking to us and even trying to avoid eye contact. They checked and checked the receipt and asked us what order we got wrong…finally we got our food right? No, they told us to bring the food in so we went to the car and told my friends dad. At that point he was very frustrated because they were just wasting our time. We told him to come with us because we assumed they didn’t take us seriously since we were kids. There was no line so we walked in he gave the girl the order and they tried to excuse the mistreatment when he confronted them but we didn’t want to cause a scene so we left. We also found hair in my friends milkshake it was very disgusting and nasty. Honestly i’m just very disappointed kids are your future and i refuse to be treated like this just because I'm a kid. Chick fil a do better this was our go to spot. We had chick fil a like twice a day every other day but after this experience i don’t know how to feel about chick fil a and being a regular customer anymore.
