Out of everything they charge you full price but they are out of ingredients instead of taking the money and not provide the service they simply can say they don’t have it I don’t recommend this location awful service
Service is TERRIBLE....
Staff is so rude and disrespectful. Not sure why they have such terrible people working here. They never have basic items in stock, items that ice cream stores should have in stock. (Chocolate ice cream, snickers topping, cookie dough, etc) and they were rude to ME about it.
Baskin-Robbins is great. Every type of store and restaurant you could ever hold for with magnificent views and scenery all around you. Great to visit when walking around Fisherman's Wharf.
So I'm from Charlotte NC were the customer service is a lot different. I just had the worst experience ever at a Dunkin Baskin Robbins. There was at least 3 workers sitting on the counters one eating an orange, putting the peelings on the counter. The guy that took my order was on his phone and didn't even speak to me. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order.
I found hair in my food. They don't have enough sense to use a hair net. Then stare blankly like deers in headlights when i asked for a refund. They returned it. But i won't be back.
The 3 star just for the service,very poor . we love Baskin Robbins !
My poor door dash driver arrived to get our pint of chocolate ice cream and two chocolate dipped waffle cones, only to be told that they didn't have it and were trying to offer plain cake cones and vanilla soft serve. Trying to rip off customers with a cheaper alternative, maybe? When I called the store and asked about it, the employee hung up on me and didn't answer the next two times I called. Two thumbs down for customer service.
