Horrible oily experiences TWICE in a row. By far the worst unhealthy and disgusting ethiopian dishes and restaurant experience. The owner with the glasses is very creepy. He snuck up to us while we were eating asking us if we are okay we have no idea who he was and what he was doing there it took us by surprise. Then he went behind the counter and turned up the music so loud where we couldn't even hear each other it was awful experience.Their food is extremely oily and greasy and we were not able to eat our food whatsoever. When we asked our waitress about why they're trying to kill us slowly with all that oil, she responded to us that this is the normal ethiopian way. That this is actually less oil, and that they usually put even more oil in their food. All we ordered were tibs and Injara, and my wife ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce.

How is it possible that this oppo lace can get worse and worse? This was my go to place for tibs but the meat is so hard and dry. The firfir is just spice without flavor. Everything is just mediocre. The price that you see online is not what you end up being charged for if you get a to go order. When I asked about the price, they just said oh is it expensive for you? What does that even mean? If you're an Ethiopian, your money only takes you so far here. I hate the backbreaking service they provide for non Ethiopians. With the amount of competitive places to go for better food, sad that this place not only has mediocre food, but terrible towards those that would have kept frequenting their establishment even in these tough times.

This is the worst place ever in Virginia. Me and my friend we went to experience Ethiopian food. We waited for 30 minutes to get a service. They do have a poor service. The food is not even tastyDon’t waste your time and money

Best Quanta Firfir in town. They have great food and great service and they are reasonably priced. A must visit restaurant if you are in the area.

Goden tibs was amazing!! The kitfo was also delicious. The waitress we had was attentive and very helpful but the others didn’t seem as helpful to their tables.

It’s a perfect place/ restaurant for authentic Ethiopian food especially for the Yetash-kitfo/ all in one kitfo. I usually ordered the kitfo and loved since. The food and service worth the price. The staff were friendly all the time I visited the restaurant.it’s Perfect family kids friendly restaurant. If you into a quiet place to dine this is your best spot. I highly recommended it.

Although the fish wasn't fully fried, the food was decent. I love the food. The only issue I had is that the waiter waited a while before bringing the check. Not very professional. Other than that, I will try again.

Food is good but service is poor.

It was great. Their service was great and there food was delicious. It almost tested like a home made food. I definitely will be back.

Their price is very expensive. Their treatment is not comfortable. They are selective ! Mean to some customers and nice to some others , don’t know what their reason is to be so partial As a customer what I experienced was this . They asked me like “min felgeh nw” saying like what do you want? instead of saying nicely as a customer if they can help me to be served ! Ignorant and impolite! Some waiters are good but other including their supervisors or may be looks like the owner they make you rudely uncomfortable not to step into that restaurant again
