Pay very close attention when you receive your change after giving a large bill. Minutes, the "manager' tried to short change me $85!She even started arguing with me starting a shouting match on the front counter in front of customers.Awful!
Horrible experience, food taste bland grilled chicken was undercooked, lady cashier didn't listen to me, gave me extra food I didn't order for extra money, definitely I will never be back.
I’ve ordered with my friend some burgers and Diet coke for both. The coke was flat, no syrup I guess. I called to ask if I could get a refund, but they didn’t even answer the phone. I’ve been ordering many times at that restaurant and there’s always something, that’s the reason of this review. Bad service has to stop.
I like Wendy's. BUT it is not the first time I order CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH, but get SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. I know your work is so much stressful. But when I order something I expect to get my order. I cannot eat spicy because of allergy. So I got wrong order and lost my money.
Had a craving for a cheeseburger and fries while doing some holiday shopping. Went to Wendy's drive-thru. They are fast and courteous, one of my favorite places to stop when I'm out and about. You will encounter lines and a wait if you go during lunch or dinner times. Recommend their salads, they are delicious also! So many choices, yum!
Haven't been to a Wendy's for many years. Had a Bacon Double Stack (no changes) and fries. The fries were hot but too soft. No crispness. The flavor of the burger patties and bacon was very good. Unfortunately, the bun became soggy and gummy from soaking up the sauce. (I ate at a normal pace while we were driving.)Not sure if this is how it is these days or I was there at an off time.

I was looking forward to a Wendy's cheeseburger but after being ignored for 5 minutes at the front counter I decided to walk out and go next door to Burger king. People saw me standing there but chose to ignore me because they were too busy with the drive-thru. Disappointing because I was looking forward to a Wendy's cheeseburger and not a Burger King cheeseburger. I can't do business with a place that won't take my order.
I ate here because I was hungry and it was the only place. The food was good I just wish there was more vegetarian options other than a salad with no meat.
