I've been in alot of Wendy's, this one's not bad.

Service was very quick. Food was good. Had a very difficult time driving my Silverado through the drive through pickup window area. It is too narrow and the turns are too tight. It's ok for smaller cars.
Consistently slow for a Wendy's. Error prone, so check your order. Quality compared to other Wendy's is fair. Place is clean, sunny, and neat. Price and portions are good. Staff turnover is high. Drive through is often faster than going to the counter inside.

Service is great food very tasty and I've used both the drive-thru and eaten inside the restaurant. Very clean inside and out. I'll definitely be returning for more good food and good service.
Dinner was good, service was fairly quick.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The only employees that wear a mask are at the drive thru, no other employees do. According to staff they are not allowed to wear a mask. Apparently they can't get orders correct either, or I would never have had to go inside to find out nobody wears a mask, and they aren't allowed to. My Wendy's days are over. Will never go back to another franchise. This is the one at University Mall I went to.
Told us in drive thru to Phuck off as they were delayed and we asked where order was! Tall white 18 ish year old. Wife and grandson (7) in car as well.
