ordered cheese fries. got it with meat. i do not eat meat. they told me to just come back and they could get me a new one (after i had PAID EXTRA for the version i CANT eat) even though i couldn’t turn around and drive back to get my order the right way.
The person taking orders must have sock in mouth. Completely unable to understand. Plus screen has no cover and sun block it out. You would think after a year or more since the covid issues, they would make ordering outside somewhat easy. Chick fila added 2nd lane and a roof to improve service. Wendy's, same beat up restaurant that hasnt seen upgrade since Reagan was in office. Now I know why I haven't been to Wendy's in 2 years. At least they have narrowed my choice in future. No thanks.
Fast Food with reasonably price sandwiches, Frosty is always good Baked Potato with cheese ok but with Butter tasty
Something will be wrong with your order 9/10 times. I never wanted to write this review, but I've lost patience now. Something will be wrong with the order if you're ordering after 10pm, I'd say. I can't gauge that accuracy. Sometimes it's the wrong burger, sometimes it's the wrong drink. Sometimes they ask what sauce or condiment you want but don't put it in. Sometimes they don't put the fries in. Something will go wrong, period. The drive-through has become somewhat of an issue because other people know this is true and they stop before leaving so they can check the order. The food is fresh and there's no general quality issues with it, but the inaccuracy is so frustratingly consistent.
Fry were not fresh but who has time to spend 10 mins in line to go back thru the drive thru. Youd think with a guarantee theyd be better about this
Very good people very clean and nice place..
$1 breakfast sandwich. 1 Bacon egg and cheese biscuit & 1 Sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The melted cheese product was a tad off. Maybe I will order without cheese next time, but the bacon was plentiful and the biscuits were fluffy. Eggs tasted microwaved but real eggs! Sausage was better than Mickeys. All in all a good breakfast value
STAY AWAY, terrible attitude. My wife was picking up food for us and we had to change to something more cost effective. They made her feel like that was the worst decision ever. Grabbing the manager to make sure that was “OK”. Then when she asked for a receipt they said they didn’t have one for her. MyWife kept apologizing for the inconvenience. Shady, if you don’t like your job everyone is hiring, find a different job. Food was sub par for most Wendy’s. Used to come here a lot as it’s close to my house. Never again.
Orders are always wrong due to drive employees not paying attention, and tonight the lady was extremely rude. In a snippy voice asking what I want when I wasn’t handed all of my order. I definitely won’t be coming here any more after today
Don't eat here, these people are not clean, they have language barrier where they don't listen or talk. Good luck. The guy on the drive through needs to be replaced
