Just called 3 times trying to place an order for pickup… first time was no answer, second time a girl answered but hung up when I asked to place an order, 3rd time she answered again and at least mumbled too late before hanging up when I asked her to clarify what she just said. When I called it was 9:30pm and they close at 10pm… it may be close to their closing time, but I was planning to order wings which seems like minimal work to drop in a fryer, sauce and box up. I wasn’t going to stay there since they were closing, but am surprised they won’t even take purchases for pickup. Easy money from a business standpoint.So couple the fact that they clearly close before their stated time, along with the incredibly poor communication on the phone… means that I’ll plan to take my business elsewhere from now on. No need to fight a restaurant to take my money when there are other restaurants with better reviews down the road.
Food was good, service was terrible. Went last night, a Friday night at about 7 and it wasn't too busy. We got seated immediately but noticed we didn't get a drink menu. Tried waiting to see the waitress but that was not happening so my husband walked up to the hostess stand and grabbed one. Came back to the table and noticed there was no beer on that menu. Waitress finally came so we asked her. It took awhile and what we could guess is they only had one and it was at a different table. Appetizer and food delivery were slow too. Thankfully both my husband and my daughter liked their wings. My daughter got the traditional with medium sauce. She sometimes goes with mild as she's not into too spicy and she liked the medium, she said it was not too spicy. My husband got the baked wings with two different flavors and he said they were good. He said the flavors of the sauce were good but the stars for heat were generous. I got the Philly cheese steak and it and the fried were good. The only reason we were not more annoyed by the super slow service was because they had live music, Shane Hines, and wow was he good!! We will be back because my family likes wings and they liked these and we live close by. As with any restaurant, service is hit or miss and for us I'd still give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe next time would be better.
The Buffalo wings were stone tough. Dry rub means sprinkling spices onto plain fried wings. The wings on the bottom got none. Hard as a rock.What makes it worse is that we called ahead to ask for saucy Buffalo wings tonight. Didn't know until we got home. Is it worth it to take them back?

This was a bad decision. Apparently, if you order a flavored wing and it's a 15ct., you only receive one sauce which is about 2oz. This is unacceptable because if you want more sauce you will be charged more. To break it down, you get the same amount of sauce for 6 wings as you would for 15 wings. I called and was met with a little attitude for some subpar wings.This is a hard pass for basic plain wings. I would not recommend at all.
Came here to meet with a group during happy hour. I had 2 margarita's, loaded fries for an appetizer and the Chicken Philly. It was OK, nothing special. Service was decent.
Good chicken tenders, nice variety of sauces to choose from. Parking is easy, but inside can be chilly, so bring a sweater or jacket. (Or order really hot sauces to stay warm? LOL)

Loved having a TV at our table. Staff was friendly and efficient, informed us of specials. Food was hot and as ordered. Delicious wings and burgers! Can't wait to visit again.
