Urban Hot Pot is always wonderful. Absolutely love their spicy broth. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Gets a little crowded so I recommend going in the early dinner rush on Fridays and Saturdays.This has become our bi-weekly spot. Can’t wait to go back.
This is my favorite spot for hotpot and I reckon I’ve been here about a dozen times in a few months. It’s a great spot to catch up over lunch or dinner. I like how fresh their ingredients are, the tasty broth, the friendly service, and the convenience of the location.
It is all you can eat hot pot place, $29 per person, it also has a rotating belt that you can pick food off from it. The restaurant looks very clean and the service was great.
The experience was not as good as expected. Although it’s all you can eat, the order management system was chaotic that several of our ordered items were missing, and it sometimes took a very long time for the ordered items to be served. Also, the sauce area was constantly messy with multiple items out of stock, but there’s no refill from the staff during our 1.5hrs dining. The food quality was just okay, not fantastic. Overall, I might not consider coming back.
Great place to meet friends. Lunch special is $24.99 per person with unlimited orders. Comfortable seatings, sauce bar, service is good too. Love it. Highly recommended. Plenty free parking garage.

One of the best hotpot in the area for their service and food quality. First off dont forget to make reservations by adding your name to the Yelp waitlist. This location has fun neon signs and faux greenery all around the restaurant. You use an Ipad to order and beware everything comes out quickly. My friends and I went on a busy Friday and had so much fun. There was plenty of food and our individual hot pots were boiling throughout the night. They had everything in stock. We really enjoyed the lamb, lobster ball, brisket, bok choy, dumplings, shrimp, and mushrooms. Our server was really attentive when refilling our drinks and cleaning our empty plates. Meats didn't come out froze and they even had Australian beef. They have everything here for all carnivores and vegetarians. Broth wise we loved the tom yum the most. Vibes here are great. It's a fun atmosphere with all types of food. The sauce bar can be overwhelming, but they have instructions at the top to make your favorite popular sauces.
Urban hot pot eat as many as you want plus they have dessert as much as you want. Also You can make your own sauce. Yum!
This place is located right next to Gyu Shige and across the street from Poffy! Absolitely gorgeous place. However I had a lot to compare with Hot Spot in Chantilly.I found it really cool how all ordering is through a tablet. You can pretty much order how ever you want, whenever you want. However what I loved more about Hot Spot was how the tables had an internal stove to heat the pots, rather than on the table surface level like at Urban. I was a bit worried about accidently burning myself.... The serving sizes at Urban is per person, but I liked how at Hot Spot they judge serving size based on the party size.Urban is a bit on the pricier end, but despite my comparisons, this place is a place worth checking out! I did enjoy their AYCE options, like their fishballs and differenr broths!
A very clean environment with a touch of a more modern hotpot setup. The meat selection is pretty decent including seafood and don't forget to save some space for their desserts, you will not be disappointed. Considering the quality of the meat, portioning and the price. It's well worth it. Don't forget their sauce area.
