This specific location is super hit or miss. My favorite is the Chia Banana Boost w/ Banana. It tastes different pretty much every time I get it. I wish they would follow the recipe. The most recent one I got (today) was filled with ice and had little to no flavor. Other days, the smoothie is flawless and I finish the whole thing.I hope management can fix the quality control.

Terrible customer service from this place especially from this black dude at the counter. When I tried ordering, I was told "WAIT! Can't you see im making sandwiches here" and he then gave me a dirty look. At this point we got tired after waiting 10 minutes in line so we left as did the customer behind us. This place definitely deserves an award for the worst customer service in this area.

Don’t understand why employees refuse to follow simple order instructions. Consistently.Placed order in-person (huge mistake assuming English is understood).My order: Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap with EXTRA pineapple salsa, EXTRA jerk sauce. What I got: Zero pineapple salsa, half normal amount jerk sauce.Gets better. Asked for HALF Turbinado in smoothie … I can smell and taste full Turbinado in my smoothie.Might want to ensure employees understand basic terms like EXTRA and HALF. Re turbinado, that’s a major legal liability waiting to happen.Not all of us can handle 77+ grams added sugar in a smoothie.By far the worst food I’ve received from a Tropical Smoothie. Avoid the older guy, missing a tooth. He’ll lie and say he made order correctly instead of owning his mistakes.All I wanted was what I ordered. Now I’ll have to have credit card company reverse the purchase, and file a complaint with corporate. He was trying to avoid getting into trouble (I wasn’t trying to do so).

When I complained to the owner that I did not get what I ordered he raised his voice at me and was very rude. It's a shame cause I love the smoothies ?? never again!

Wow, the cashier/worker was incredibly rude to us; she almost went completely out of her way to not speak or communicate at all which made the ordering process uncomfortable.They also messed up our order, then blamed us for not be reading our names correctly.

Completely messed up my order today. Mayo on the wrap when I said no mayo. No chips in the bag that are supposed to be. Smoothie tastes bad. Awful.

I placed an online order, the confirmation said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, I go into the cafe and the drinks aren’t ready, after 20 minutes, I asked the man who never bothered to acknowledge me about the drinks and he mumbled something and walked away. At the 35 minute point, I asked about the drinks again and he yelled at me for “not saying anything” even though I did inquire, and he told me that he’s been working since 11 am (it was 3:00) and is too busy to acknowledge customers. He would’ve continued yelling at me in front of my child and the other customers if I had not walked out of the restaurant. To add insult to injury, the order was placed online, so he basically got a tip for being rude and humiliating me.

Food is okay but workers are super rude. They wouldn’t let us order a smoothie when we came 10 minutes before closing - only 1 smoothie and the place was empty. Came again and the cashier didn’t say a single word to us to greet us or while we ordered. Handed us the receipt silently and didn’t ask us what side we wanted, just chose it for herself.Not the best experiences. They always seem so angry to work there.

I am so angry and disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order online for pickup. My money was taken and I was told my order would be available at 7:53. When I arrived at 7:50, the door was locked, the lights out AND MY ORDER SITTING IN PLAIN VIEW IN THE COUNTER!! No amount of knocking or calling got attention!!!!!!!!! A $40 order!!!!!! I am a club member and my phone number is in the order!!!! Unprofessional and highly disappointing from my favorite restaurant that order from CONSTANTLY! Correction,USED TO ORDER FROM!!! I will make sure every person I know heard about this! I want my money returned IMMEDIATELY!!! If it is not, I will be sure to notify my bank of fraud and any other options available to me!!!
