Two days before Thanksgiving...scheduled my pickup on line for 1 PM. only one person working. Prepaid orders getting all the attention. Won't be back after I use up my gift cards. Ridiculous.
Waited for 2 hours along with 50 other people to get Thanksgiving meals we preordered but they apparently had not prepared in advance

Called prior to arrival, asked about picking up some turkey breast, arrived, parked in parking lot, went in, 2 lines, 1 line for walk-ins and 1 line for prepaid orders, prepaid line was longer. I think we were able to leave less than 10 minutes after going inside.
Wait time for an online order is ridiculous. It should be run a lot better as they already took my payment.
