I have wanted to try Esposito's for a long time. We finally stopped for dinner this evening and we have a new favorite place to eat. It was very busy but the staff was really nice. My husband had the Gnocchi Al Pesto Genovese and loved it! I had the Pollo Margherita which was chicken with fresh mozzarella in marinara sauce and a side of pasta. Both of us had a salad also. I have to say that I normally don't eat my whole meal but I did tonight, it was really tasty! You can tell the pasta and bread where homemade and there was a very faint smell of wood burning from their Brick Oven. After all of that, my husband asked for the dessert menu. And our waiter showed up with a piece of Tiramisu and said it was on the house since my last name was Esposito...I told the owner when we walked in that my maiden name is Esposito. Now normally I will take a bite or two of the dessert and then let my husband finish it...not tonight. I might have had more than my share but it was light and really delicious. This was a great dining experience with a wonderful staff and we will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!!
Best Italian food I’ve ever had - the staff is amazing and the owner is the sweetest lady you’ll meet. First time there and many more times to go.. would recommend 10/10!
My first visit, Saturday night! Was very pleased! Food was so pleasing to the palate! Staff was the best, made my friends and I feel like we were the only ones being served, which was amazing as they had the dinner crowd there! Had the opportunity to meet the wonderful family, who made us feel like family. I will definitely recommend to all of my North Carolina friends and colleagues to visit when in Va. This place is great. Small friendly family restaurant. Everytime we visit the owner is wonderful. Food is always excellent. We visit this place often. I highly recommend this place if you want some great Italian food.
A nrw dining experience for me. Hostcand Syaff are very personable. Marinated carrots are delicious. I'll be back.
My mom is a first generation Italian. She grew up eating the best Italian food with everything made from scratch. Her Italian palate is heard to please but for her the food at Esposito's was like home. For more than 20 years my parents frequented this restaurant and was always met by the owner, had excellent waiters and a great meal. I wish I lived close to the restaurant but always recommend it to others that live close by. Recently our family met at Esposito's for dinner and had a wonderful meal. Everything from the antipasti, pasta to the dessert were wonderful. This place is a gem!
