Did not deliver order 3 times in a week, went to store said they did not receive order even though it confirmed order at this store in app and confirmed delivery. Store manager basically shrugged and said there is nothing they can do.

I was at Sweetgreen this evening and had my favorite dish, the Shroomami. I wanted to sit and enjoy the evening but there was a table of 4 men who were so loud that it was painful to sit there. One had such a screeching loud voice and laugh, and it just didn't stop for about 30 minutes. Why were they allowed to act like that in a very small place? I wasn't the only person who was offended by it. If I had earplugs, it might have helped. The problem is that this place is small, and screeching loud voices reverberate off the walls. It ruined my entire experience, as I was hoping for some peace after a long day. Please, be respectful of the other customers and tell them to leave if they're disturbing everyone else. The dish was good; the atmosphere was awfully painful.

The food here is excellent. I wish it paid its employees more so they would not have to have multiple jobs and they could feel more alive like the food helps people do.

Sweetgreen is going the way of most business. Succeed, expand, reduce quality, and then...probably go out of business. Workers were not really listening, messed up the order, and one had his mask around his chin. Things have really gone down hill at this location. But the salads are still good so...

Chicken pest parm warm bowl was delicious! (Got without tomato and added tortilla chips instead)

Sweet green is one of my favorite places to get healthy food. Im from Boston, so I've had it thousands of times to perfection, never been upset with my salad before. I live in Richmond now, so I planned and took a day trip to Fairfax. Two hours in the car spend boasting about how good this salad is to my husband who's never had it. When we get there the service is nothing like it was in Boston, and I just visited Boston last week and you know I hit the sweet green, it was amazing! Just as I remember. But the service in the VA location is just despicable compared to Boston. The line was moving slow and there was just my husband and I and another couple in front of us, their one order took ten minutes. Nothing compared to the employees from Boston who are used to having actual rushes and having to make delious salads to perfection in a time crunch. I don't mind waiting so that's not the main problem, the issue I had was that after having this salad thousands of times this location just ruined my guacamole greens! She was stingy with the Ingredients, didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. My husband and I are vegetarian so we wanted to sub the chicken for tofu., I was extremely sad that I was chared 6 extra bucks for our tofu 3 bucks each. Why? The salad comes with a protein why do we get punished for not having chicken? Chicken is more expensive than tofu. Not to mention when I clearly asked for tofu they still gave me chicken, like they didn't understand me and had to remake my salad, they acted stunned that we asked for tofu, haven't you seen a vegetarian before? Boston has.And finally the salad was just bad. I didn't even finish my all time favorite salad. She was so unsure of herself when making our salad that she put the dressing first, then put all the toppings on top and asked us both if we wanted her to chop it? Like what?? That's the whole point of her job. Just chop the salad?! But in the end I had whole pieces of tortilla in my salad and I was missing the crunch of having it chopped up in every bite. She didn't know the measurements of the dressing. Giving my husband too much when he asked for medium and giving me too little when I asked for heavy. Lastly they didn't even speak English. Now I'm Hispanic and I speak Spanish and English. But I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that had I not spoken both languages I wouldn't be able to communicate with them at all. I wouldn't mind it if they did the job right. But with so many errors that don't usually exist in sweet green and being unable to communicate with them is infuriating. This was really disappointing. I drove from Richmond to get it. 2 hour drive and I went home really sad

NOOOO! Never order from this Sweetgreen. My order on a Thursday at 1:30pm took wayyyy over an hour. They will not let me cancel it even though a "Uber driver" was not even assigned to it yet. They will NOT let you talk to someone at the location to cancel, their is NO cancellation no matter how long it takes them to get it to you, not fresh over an hour old! I will never order from a Sweetgreen again, sad because I given the a lot of my money. Horrific customer service!!!!

Ordered the Fish Taco Bowl and they made it without the fish. It was basically a bowl of arugula that I paid $13.50 for. This was the first and last time I order from this awful place.

I’ve eaten at sweet green when they were in McLean. They have since closed for business there but I always remember getting good portions of the Harvest bowl. My hubby went to go pick up a harvest bowl for me from the Merrifield location and I have to say, they have definitely gone down hill. Blame the pandemic? Idk but the portion was half the size that I use to get and still $13.Not returning there any time soon.

one thing after another with taste, quality and quantity with not only this location and others. on top of that, the ceo of the company and his covid misinformation makes it an easy NO now.
