Fun little lunch spot. Had a delicious bacon cheese burger. Super quick service. Great spot to bite for lunch.
Killer food, custom orders, place has been remodeled and very roomy.
Their subs are fantastic, I highly recommend the Bulgogi sub, it's become a favorite of mine.
cute little spot that seems to have stood the test of time. Solid sandwiches, and if you're wfh in the surrounding apartment complex, great lunch spot. Subs DO run a little high on the price bracket, but then again, what place in nova DOESNT.

I have yet to try their lunch menu but their breakfast is great. Exactly the no-frills type of place I love for a greasy breakfast. Generous portions & yummy food at a reasonable price. I’m only sorry I didn’t try it sooner.
Changed owners recently and not as good. Seems like they're buying cheaper food or something.
There's really nothing spectacular about this. It's not even a destination. However, there are no complaints from me. Fresh-made takeout sandwich that's a cheaper than the Mosaic district restaurants down the road.
I found this place about a month ago. Having moved to the neighborhood a couple of months ago, I missed my “go to” places for subs and sandwiches for lunch.I’ve found my “go to” place finally. Steak & Cheese, Reuben, Jane’s Chicken Sub, Greenhouse Sub, and deli sandwiches are all great. Meatball sub and Tuna Melt were good.The prices are hard to beat.Customer service is always amazing. Friendly, prompt and they make it a point to get to know you on your 2nd time in.If you live in the neighborhood it’s very much worth the trip to check it out. Impressive
