Only 3 other customers besides us around noon Wednesday. However, the parking lot was full. Each parking spot is really small and the incoming lane is narrow = very hard to park.
After thinking a lot, I am writing this with love for Starbucks. On the afternoon of April 16, the bearded male employee of the drive-thru appears unmotivated to work. From the moment I paid for the coffee, I continued to say hello and thank you, but he didn't say anything about what he was complaining about and just looked at him. This was a bad experience, so I thought a lot about what I was doing wrong with him, but I couldn't find it. If he has a different attitude from person to person, he shouldn't be there. Even in the times of covid they do a great job keep the line going hardly ever any mess ups on your order. Coffee is always good
Main complaint is $16 worth of foam-filled coffee drinks. Serve people 2-3 inches of empty cup if you want them not to come back. Other thing is the drive thru order panel is right where the rain drains off the roof of the building. Super fun when it's 38F and raining and you have to do it through rain splatter coming in your window.

I usually never leave bad reviews. In fact, I have been coming to this location for 17 years! I’ve always loved it. This year every single time I order a pumpkin spice cream nitro cold brew, I have to have it remade. They keep giving me sweet cream not pumpkin. This time the cashier had the audacity to tell me it was when I told him it wasn’t. I pointed out it didn’t have the powder or color. He added powder said they forgot to put the powder to be rid of me. I drive up to taste as he demanded, I didn’t want to block the line. I’m 40 weeks pregnant and had to pee so I couldn’t drive through again to wait in line for a correction. They are almost always out of nitro cold brew as well. I’m done being patient and I refuse to change my review until this stops. I’m on strike! Get your drinks right and stock up on nitro cold brew. Greenbriar is one of the only drive through locations and in the highest traffic location. It deserves to be run properly, if Marla could see this today she would hurl! Management needs to get on this, it’s Pumpkin Spice season, we wait all year for it, we deserve our Pumpkin Spice! I’m officially complaining. ?
