I was a frequent customer --until today. Improperly greeted and insulted by the cashier. Addressing me as a man, because of what I was wearing. Remember your Starbucks Diversity and Inclusion and Sensitivity Training? Do not judge. Say hello, and how can I help you today? Nothing more. Nothing less.
Good service, I like my Matcha with almond milk
Ordered a grande blonde coffee and waited 10 minutes because the cashier was too lazy to pour it and depended on the barista.Thanks for wasting my time.
My mom and sister went to this location Saturday 1/23 & ordered drinks & a toasted bagel each. When my mom received her bagel a huge chunk was missing from it and she asked for a new one. They proceeded to reach for the display bagel & gave her that one. She has now been sick - throwing up, diarrhea & on and off nauseous - since that afternoon. Someone who’s works at a different location told her they can keep those display items for WEEEKS at a time. Disgusting.
It was Christmas eve and they were short staffed so took a while to get drinks(35 minutes or so) but the staff was super nice and apologized for it. We understood their position. Been there many times before and never had long delay so all is good

Very slow service and the barista who made my coffee was quite inconsiderate. I specifically asked for soy milk because I’m lactose intolerant. But the instruction was ignored and my latte was made with regular milk. Very disappointing. When I brought it to their attention I was told they are out of brewed coffee and I have to wait. Really?!
Another great Starbucks. The staff is pleasant and my order always comes out correctly. Granted I'm not one of those people who likes to torture baristas with complicated orders, but still.
I ordered via Uber eats and they did not offer me a refund to my card when they didn't have an item I requested or ask what I wanted instead of the missing item. I may be feeling hangry while writing this review but now I have to wait another 30 minutes and may not have time to eat before I go to work. Pumpkin spice is good though, but they didn't put whip cream on it which is disappointing :(
Go to the one off Lee Jackson … or anywhere else. There aren’t many times I’m dissatisfied with my drink but when I am, Starbucks always replaces it…except this location. The guy who made my drink basically said I’d have to pay for another drink, but Starbucks clearly states on their very own website that they will happily re-make your drink. Won’t come back to this location even though I frequent Starbucks regularly.
