Watery nasty cafe latte, had a venti pink drink earlier, tht was nasty also, threw whole cup away

Poor customer service and drinks. Better off going to other Starbucks

Not sure what has happened with this location (and it is only this location in my experience as a frequent Starbucks patron), but quality and quality control appears to be non existent at this point. Fortunately there are other options within the area.Drinks through the drive through were wrong in my last 3 visits here. Two of the visits I was given regular milk instead of soy for my Soy Chai Tea Latte, and one of those visits I was given coffee (not even chai tea) with milk - even though all three visits the drinks were labeled properly. Thankfully I’m not actually allergic to milk or these issues would have been much more problematic. The on-site staff have been zero help in addressing this, but fortunately the corporate team has listened and hopefully will find a way to correct.

This starbucks has really bad customer service and sometimes they dont even open at all. If you dont believe me go to the drive through and change your order midway.

I still gave this location a 4 because I’ve been coming here for a long time, but lately this location has been so frustrating. I understand COVID, and it being more difficult to find employees to work but it’s been months now that the Cafe portion has been closed. I can’t even count on this location anymore because their schedule changes daily, sometimes they don’t even open at all? Now they close at 2pm?! I generally always go before work and order ahead but haven’t been able to for months and the drive thru line gets way too long to sit and wait. I don’t know if this is a corporate issue, bad management, or maybe they need to offer to pay people more to work? I mean; the profit they make off of everything has to be insane…I think they can afford to pay more? I don’t know the issue; but it’s becoming really frustrating.

Always insanely busy (15+ min for one black coffee), parking lot is one-way and the markings are almost completely gone, almost had a head-on collision because I went the wrong way despite looking very carefully for signs at the entrance. There are signs all over the parking lot, but not at the entrance where it matters the most. The markings on the ground are almost completely unreadable, certainly not readable at a glance while driving a several thousand pound vehicle with people behind you and the sun in your eyes. Oh and the lobby is closed despite no indication of that on Google maps.

Staff are always friendly and my order has always been correct

We went their at 8:20, they close at 9, and they ignored us. Their was a girl w reddish pink hair.

You guys put no effort into the coffee or the food I got a cold ham and Swiss croissant wich nearly made me get sick I am disgusted

Extremely Busy ALWAYS; AVOID if possible. As of late October 2021, their indoor area is still closed, so you have no other option but to go through the unreasonably long drive thru. Mobile orders must go through the drive thru as well. Avoid if possible; there are other starbucks in the area.
