Ruth's Chris did not disappoint us. The food was excellent along with the service. Our steaks were made how we ordered them. Service was top notch. Service has become important since covid a lot of other places it has gone downhill. Very impressed by our waiters helpfulness. We had a reservation for Mother's day.

The filet mignon simply can't be beat.

I spent $150 for two drinks, one steak, one order of Mac & cheese, and brussel sprouts. Every thing was soaked in grease. The sprouts which are easy to cook were burnt and the worst I’ve had anywhere. This is a sham. The advertise an elegant upscale experience but don’t deliver. The bathrooms don’t offer seat covers and the stalls are flimsy and don’t lock. The wait staff was very nice which is the only reason this review gets a three. The wait staff were very pleasant.

There's no no other place like Chris Steak house. Everything was amazing. The waiter was very knowledgeable, that made a huge impact on your experience. I felt like was having dinner in a cruise. They are always checking on you ensuring you have the best time. Highly recommend.

My husband took me there for my recent birthday. My meal (salmon/fish special) was terrible. Didn’t taste fresh and no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I love the much cheaper salmon at Coastal Flats, but it was a special occasion so we went somewhere we don’t normally. My husband enjoyed his steak, and the service was good; hence the three stars. On my salmon/shrimp alone, it would have been one. I took it home hoping I could revive it with seasoning, but I still couldn’t finish it.

It was really expensive. My steak wasn't seasoned well and was slightly overcooked. The lobster bisque was watery and bland. The lobster macaroni tasted a little burnt. Which wasn't what you expected for the amount we were paying. At one point our server misplaced our credit card when we were trying to leave. We told him that we were going to a show and he didn't come back for 10 or 15 minutes and he told us he didn't know where the card was. He came back a few minutes later and said he found it it was on him the whole time.I will say the creme brulee was very good and so was the lobster tail itself.

My wife and I went on Valentine's Day weekend. The Atmosphere was great, we got checked in quickly, and our interactions with the staff were excellent.*** Food: the complimentary bread and butter were great. I had the beef carpaccio appetizer, prime NY strip steak, and a side of lobster mac and cheese. Individually, they were all excellent. However, the portions were *way too big*! The three dishes I mentioned would be sufficient to satisfy two people, and I wasn't able to enjoy the lobster-mac as much as I would have liked because of that.My wife ordered a steak cooked "blue", but it came back solidly mid-rare. The manager quickly replaced it and all was fine.*** Service: the front of house staff were excellent. It felt like I had a well oiled machine buzzing around me. Our server took the time to explain some details about our dishes when we asked, and made a good wine recommendation (even though the wine list was overall kind of uninspiring; not his fault though).*** Miscellany: the plating of the dishes seemed to be a secondary concern. Not messy, but nothing fancy. My steak plate was heated to 500 F to keep the steak warm (which I appreciated), but something about how it was heated or handled led to it appearing quite spotty and spattered with grease that looked almost burnt-on. I didn't try to see if it wiped off though.*** Value: if you told me "grade-B dinner at a fancy steakhouse", my expectations would have matched the night exactly. That said, the price tag it came with put it in competition with other places where the overall experience has been absolutely stunning (like 2941, or Patowmack Farm), so that lost it a star from me -- it just didn't have the outstanding bang for the buck it charged.I would certainly go again, provided there was some sort of price change, or I had a gift card.

Exceptional service, our host Edwin made sure we enjoyed every bit of our evening. They put up a little sign and sprinkled some confetti on the table to signify that it was my wife's birthday but nothing kitschy beyond that. It was a night to remember, being surrounded by other couples on their Valentine's day dates.

Had the dinner for 2 and I must say it was sooo delicious. The cheesecake and the chocolate mocha sin cake was everything and then some

We're just normal people. Came to this place to check it off the list of places we've tried. Both of us enjoyed it. Porterhouse for 2 with Mac & Cheese and brussel sprouts. Service was great. Attentive. For the food, we should have just gone with one side. Brussel sprouts were amazing. Steak was good. Not the best steak I've ever had, but it's good. We've checked the box. It was good. Expensive, but good. I'm not opposed to spending $70 for a steak. I've done it many times before. However, it's a little pretentious for a steak house. In the end, not enough "bang for our buck," but it's still good.
