Food was fine. Service was awful. Bartender only had 3 tables including us and we were still sitting with empty drinks for almost 20 minutes. Even with separate food runners and no mixed drinks we spent most of the time joking about how long it would take for him to come back. Maybe I’ll try a booth next time and hope the servers are a bit more on top of things.
Outstanding service! Friendly staff made us feel welcomed and important. Food was tasty and service was quick. Arrived at the perfect time around 545p for our choice of seating anywhere. Sat in the greenhouse section to soak up some sun.
Our large party was seated easily on a weekday evening. The service was fast and attentive. With a menu that now includes Donatos pizza, everyone found something to eat.
Love going here but it's definitely a better place to eat in sure to the bottomless fries! Slashing of fries, the sweat potato ones are the best! The take out containers are great for reusing.
Went for a late lunch on Monday. Our server was great. He was covering the whole restaurant at the time and was still attentive. We ordered drinks and they were yummy. Get a Zombie next time you're there!
American food with variety and creative ingredients. Good portions, clean and with nice customer service. Nice experience if you go with family members. The scorpion burger is mild spicy.
Food is amazing as always. But the service is just awful. I could not get a single refill in 25 min. The waiter never came around to check up on us.This has happened twice at this location.
Powerful sewage smell through entire place, I think the health department should investigate. The burgers tasted as if they had been cooked many hours prior (or maybe even a day prior) and reheated. Our order had errors. The buns were soggy. All food was served cold or lukewarm. I got the impression our waitress was hiding, maybe she knew it was bad and was well aware the burgers were being reheated and that there was a sewage smell problem. We have loved Red Robin in the past but we won't be back. I don't write reviews but the experience was so bad I wanted to warn other families to avoid this place.
Great staff and excellent burger. No complaints whatsoever. One should try it once in a while.
What’s not to like?! Unlimited fries and fountain drinks plus some of the most creative burgers. The combination is always a winner. Service was good and offered to bring fries as the burgers were just a bit delayed. Beware that they charge you an entertainment fee if you play games on the handheld device on the table.
