Although the food is good, the service really depends on when you go. On weekends, the younger staff is very kind and helpful. Great experience with them. However, during the weekday shifts, the staff seem annoyed you are there and quite rude. Also, when they run out of regular nacho containers, they provide one thats almost half the size but charge the same (which is ridiculous). Unfortunately this location has lost a customer because I can't deal with the overcharging and rudeness. It's so uncomfortable going there...you don't feel welcome.
Great food, huge burritos, good service, good location, free Cholula! <-- this was 2017This is March 2022 --> We ordered the family size taco option with nachos and the food quality disappointed us.The rice seemed to have used old (almost spoiled) cilantro and the beans seemed to have a film on them. The chicken tasted good but is not enough for the quantity they advertise. Also, the tortillas were sticking together and would tear the other tortillas when you tried to grab one. Overall, poor quality and insufficient quantity.I've been a long time customer and can see the reduction in quality. Inflation? COVID? Corporate decisions? I dunno... but I'll eat elsewhere for now.
They always have good customer service and are generous in their quantity served. I’ve eaten here 5 times, it’s always been good.
Nice people. Good food. Decent value. Clean. Fast service. Tasty options. Good parking. My son's favorite place for Tex-Mex. They have a loyalty app that let's you earn free food and a two entrees for the price of one once a week. Most entrees are under $10. Better all around than Chipotle, we think. Everything looks to be made fresh on site, including the guacamole and pico de gallo. Nice sunlit area if you want to eat in with free refills on soft drinks.
Incredible, tasty and quick. Best Mexican food out there!
I came here a couple nights ago for dinner. I ordered multiple separate large sides (to be served family style at home) which seemed to have made a couple workers less than thrilled. Even so food was good. A cashier by the name of Merlin (sorry for any misspelling) was very helpful and tried to explain/calm the other ladies about my order. He provided excellent customer service and I wish him a successful future!
If I could give this establishment a negative 0, I would. The on duty manager on 10/10/21 @3:30 pm is a very rude and disrespectful individual. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. Qdoba changed their containers and are unable to provide you with a taco salad in the bowl. He tells me either you get it on the side or not at all. Why still have it on your menu if you are able to serve because you decided to change your containers to a boat type versus a circle. I asked for the managers name and he refused to give it. Why not? Because obviously he is not aware of how you treating customers and the containers cannot hold the food they are serving. I come this restaurant all the time due to an awful experience at the Woodbridge location. It’s obvious that Qdoba has zero customer values and do not appreciate the business of loyal customers. I have never been treated like this by the other managers who work there. I will be contacting corporate since he told me I don’t care who you call. This young man is always rude, I try not to eat there when he is there. This is not the first time he has been rude to me and other customers. Please find him another job or retrain him. He does not need to be in leadership.

It was great I ordered everything I wanted.
Some people who works there are very rude and unkind. They speak to each other in their language but I can feel they talking about me. The food is good but people are not kind, I never want to go that restaurant.
