We ordered sandwiches for the office lunch today. The web site wasn't working so we had to go to the shop. The manager was so rude and nasty that he made one of our staff members cry! I've been there before when the manager showed how nasty he can be. How do you do that to your customers? To too it all off, once we finally got the sandwiches, they were horrible! We have spent a lot of money over the years at this store. Never again!

This location is great to go to. I live close enough that Uber eats should go smoothly but why would it? Frankly Uber is destroying restaurants reputations with this “fake” food delivery service utopia they think they can implement, and insure customer satisfaction. Easier to pick up food and save the money paying some good for nothing company.
I am a big fan of potbelly since 2010, but this store is not good as others. Bread is dried like a stone, and asked provolone cheese, but no cheese added. Disappointing..
Don't get their new beef sandwich it's horrible. Stick to their regular subs. Excellent chicken salad
The Potbelly at Fairfax Corner is the best one ever. My elderly mom and I have been going in at least once a week since the summer. Hands down it’s the best… The best service, the best prepared food, the best atmosphere, and most importantly the nicest staff - with a special shout out to Anthony who we’ve gotten to know since first going in. His friendliness, attitude, and genuine interest in my mom and me having a good meal and enjoyable time makes a visit to this Potbelly better than dinner at the Ruth Chris Steakhouse at the other end of block, actually, ten times better. I came here to enjoy a sandwich for lunch from my favorite sandwich shop but they messed up my order! I asked for no mushrooms yet there’s was mushrooms in my sandwich. They remade it but it took they way too long to remake it which is understandable because it was really busy inside but I felt like my order should of been given priority since they messed it up. I still love this place though but the employee who made my sandwich should take their time reading the labels.
Friendly and patient staff as you figured out what to eat from so many great choices. The sandwiches are always very tasty although the amount of meat seems to be getting smaller. This location has always had Quick Service.
Consistent good quality sandwiches but no more tuna sandwich which is a bit disappointment.
First photo below shows the “Italian sub” as advertised and shown on menu; Other photos show what was actually delivered when ordered via Uber Eats - a plain bread with 2 thin slices of meat and a thin slice of cheese - none of the other sandwich fixens shown and that you would expect with an Italian sub; no dressing or condiments either. What a disappointment - Next time I order from McCallisters Deli
