They need to fire that manager named Nana.I come here occasionally for sandwich since it's behind my house but twice I've ordered an all dark meat family meal, they keep giving me breast and wings. Now I gotta waste time going back plus theres wasted food since no one eats white meat in my house and they'll throw it out when I bring it back.Would not even be big deal if the manager did his job to deal with the problem..instead the first time, Nana is combatively asking me what i want to him to do about it. He wanted me to come up with my own solution to a problem i didnt want nor need. Had to call corporate to even get any sort of resolution. Second time I see Nana himself pack chicken behind the counter and this so called manager still puts breast and wings in here even tho both my receipt and their expeditor ticket says leg/thigh/leg/thighIf this is the level of attention to detail this man has to simply packing correct chicken pieces then it is terrifying to think what else he is lackadaisical about in running a restaurant.Shout out to Ezekiel for promptly and professionally handling the second mess up.

Do not order online!! They will not make it right when they mess up! It took 20 tries for someone to answer the phone. Then she said I can come in to get a refund. I ordered online because I could NOT come in. She insisted she had no way of helping me and hung up on me!! I understand mistakes happen, it’s how you handle a mistake that makes you a good person. Not helping, not even apologizing for the mistake, and hanging up is the WORST way to run a business!

Horrible customer service, they were telling me that my online order wasn't there when I had the print out of my completed order. Then my chicken was not cooked all the way, yuck ?! Do not recommend this Popeyes (Merrifield/Gallows Road) at all!

Very poor customer service because when we arrived 10 minutes before closing they locked the door even though they weren’t supposed to be closed, and they refused to make the nuggest or any other chicken than the spicy they already had sitting on the rack. Someone was trying hard to get out of the store and not serve until they were supposed to.

This was without a doubt the best Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if it was because it was 11am on Easter morning and everyone else was in church or what, but I was served the freshest meal that my taste buds have ever had the pleasure of detecting from the notorious Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The mashed potatoes were so hot I had to wait, the Mac and cheese had a delicious top baked layer, and the tenders were some thick ole chonky bois. Me, my wife, and my son (currently in the womb) give the experience two thumbs up. A total of six thumbs.

I love Popeyes. I've been to numerous ones in the area, but at THIS location, chicken was burnt but didn't notice until I got home; decided to eat it - I was hungry - mistake. Diarrhea soon afterwards. I contacted them twice on their gmail account (on their receipt) - they never replied. I sent an email to corporate along with a copy of my receipt and they said they would try to prod the store for a refund. That didn't work either. There are other Popeyes to go to - no reason to go to this one.

One of the worst customer service I have ever had in a popeyes restaurant. I made an order using the app and went to pick it up everyone who came after me was served and I was still waiting to pick my order as the app stated on the front table. No one bothered to ask me if I needed help and after waiting more than 15 minutes I asked about my order which wasn't yet ready, the manager was rude and started to yell that they don't follow the app way of picking up the orders. unfortunately I took my order and left without checking it and when I arrived home I found 3 wings instead of 3 regular pieces.

I had been to quite a few Popeyes stores in different cities and I rarely had any positive experience with them, except for this particular store. I shopped here a couple times and the experience had been surprisingly good! The crew engage waiting customers very quickly and food are brought out fast. So despite being in a long line I actually got my food much faster than when I was the only customer in the line at other stores. Keep on keeping on!

PLEASE WITH THIS LOCATION DO NOT DO DELIVERY….walk in you get treated in a quick manor. Delivery either; your food is going to be cold. Or they will miss something. This location is great as it pertains to walking in and being served. Unfortunately, I have had 4 different deliveries from this locations either it is missing something or lacks something.First experience (delivery) incorrect order was delivered. While yes my issue was indeed rectified. It was something as minor as missing 2 pieces of chicken in a 4 piece order. Or the sweet tea, not having any sugar at all. And tasting quite bitter.Second experience (delivery) I was optimistic that thing rectified things; unfortunately they yet again were missing items. No drink upon arrival; however was purchased. Reimbursement was provided for there mishap. Something minor; they didn’t add the complimentary biscuit but the receipt stated differentlyOverall; great location. When they fix their mishaps.

This place has the worst customer service imaginable. The staff, all female and barely speak when spoken to. They filled my order incorrectly and did not ask if it was okay to give me any option to wait for the correct chicken pieces I asked for in my order. Very dissatisfied
