The manager forgot his name but when I asked for more ketchup for an order he gave me a couple I asked him for more and he said no got to think of the other customers. That's cool like I did get a whole family meal and 4 ketchup packets and a couple of hot sauce wasn't going to cut it. I have no problem going to the store to buy it but the way he came off was very rude and if you dont have enough sauce for when customers ask more then your inventory skills really sub par and should you really be a manager?
This Popeyes location is sometime hard to get out of if you are crossing the street to leave. As a work around you can go through the shopping center and cross at the light. The food is always good and the staff is efficient and courteous. I love the chicken sandwich
Usually they are good, today the chicken looks like leftover from yesterday and called the manager said he doesn’t care. I guess they got more customers than they needed.
They only get four stars...I'm still mad they don't have onion rings and dirty rice anymoreBut everything else is great
So I order Popeyes a ton but I just tried the fish sandwich and was sadly disappointed. It barely has any tartar sauce and fish was dry. Sad showing but understandable for flounder. Always good chicken stick with what you know.
They told me I can’t have sauce if I ordered chicken, only nuggets and strips. The new supervisor (white guy with glasses) there is really sneaky. If no sauce at this place, guess I won’t be returning here. This place’s chicken is also more expensive than the other Popeyes.
Consistent spicy chicken. Normally there is no line for food. Only time I have seen a line is when the spicy sandwitch initially came out. Clean and nice restaurant
Don't trust the listed hours, they are a lie. Staff acted dumbfounded when I tried to place an order at 9:10 (50 minutes before closing). No sides were available, everything in the kitchen was off. Only things available were already made chicken that wasn't even sitting under heat lamps anymore.Disappointing.
My friend picked up lunch for us last week and I opened this spicy chicken sandwich to find a moldy bun. Gross! I called the store to see if they could help fix this situation, but no one picked up. Then I sent the picture to Popeyes on Facebook and got no response. So, I gave them the opportunity to fix this before posting the review. Too bad they didn't take advantage!
Employees were handling food without gloves, when I brought the matter to manager he did not seems to care. He said we wash our hand regularly and gloves are not clean. I said that is not the health department guidelines. He said it’s ok. I would never go there again. We have Covid and these people not even following safety rule.
