I really like their fries and fish. But when yesterday i rached the place to order they said fish was discontinued they have only fish burger, i ordered fish burger with fries. When i reached home start eating burger the fish inside was so hard to chew, maybe fryed few hours back that's why very hard and fries are cold. Very disappointed, don't recommend .
Ordered two meals platters with fries and coleslaw. Waited 20 min on the parking lot to receive my order. Got home, the coleslaw is missing for both. I requested honey mustard, they gave me bbq. Tried calling the store, nobody picked up the phone. Its 10 min before closing time, if i drive back they will be closed... I am not happy at all.
Worst Popeyes ever place my order and was given one price and then the manager lady came by pressing buttons and the price went up I paid for my food and the manager lady was mad I have no idea why pack my chicken in the Box went in the back came back to the front and the box was smashed and was making my mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes hit her shirt and still put it in the cup I asked for my money back she said I didn't do nothing to your chicken I said not that the mashed potatoes touches your shirt she looked down and give me back my money
Decided on the drive thru thinking it was a quick meal to pick up, instead I sat in the parking lot for 20 mins waiting for my order. Checked it and it's cold.
I ordered a 3 piece white meat and got 2 thighs and a leg. Only saving grace was the mac-n-cheese and biscuit.

Stingy with sauce.When I order, I always ask for extra sauce. Always. That way they have the option to charge me for sauce, which I am fine with. After completing my order in the drive through, which I ended by asking for extra sauce, I picked up my food which had no sauce. I asked for extra sauce , they gave me 2. I politely asked for more and they said no. I just spent $12 and was not allowed more than 2 sauces.
My go to chicken. This branch sells chicken fast. If you don’t go early you won’t get mild chicken. Their chicken sometimes small but taste really good and juicy. Their fries are perfect.

Unprofessional. What kind of people do they hire? Ordered a meal with two sides online, paid extra money to try their new mac&cheese. They might run out the Mac&cheese on that day and they switched it to smashed potato without asking me at all. I was standing in the restaurant and waiting while they preparing my meal. But they just ignored me, charged me higher price, prepared me two large smashed potatoes(I ordered one already, now I have to eat two large smashed potatoes), and didn’t refund me. Found it until I got home. Shame on you cheating on customers’s money.
