THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FLOUNDER SANDWICH AS ADVERTISED! WHY? IN ADDITION TO A MOUSE RUNING INTO THE POPEYES! THIS MALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
At 6:10pm the mobile app with the offers did not let me place an order as it said the restaurant was closed. In speaking with the cashier in person they did not understand that I wanted the deal in the mobile app. They got what appeared to be a manager involved and they understood but said that online orders are closed even thought the restaurant doesn’t close for another 50 minutes. They were unable to match the offer in the app. I would have expected them to be able to make an override and still honor the offer.
Horrible service and bad chicken… quite the combination. I am never coming back to this place.

Horrific customer service! This is the third and final time I’ll ever make mistake ordering from this location.Consistently, employees ignore any person standing in pickup area for mobile orders. One exception: if you look like you can and do speak Spanish, you’ll receive exquisite customer service.I do politely tell employees at counter I’m here to pickup my mobile order, or placed order # 1234 at the register. Told to stay at designated spot … and ignored. All the while my order was sitting right next to the employees assembling orders the entire time.Just not worth it.

Food was great, but the place itself was disgusting!!!!Floor felt sticky and looked dirty, tables were dirty, trash bins were full pile high. Employees were aware of it, but no-one seem to care about it.
very bad service, I said hello two and three times in front and no one answered me and I just observed that the staff was talking, I was laughing in the kitchen and I was ignored, because of this customer treatment, restaurants fail !!!
Really slow service... 25 minutes from order to getting simple lunch at 1:30 in the afternoon...ugh.
