I used to go there any get my sandwich, but yesterday night at 9pm I ordered my regular spicy sandwich meal, in half way eating the sandwich I feel it’s too thick and removed the top bun, you know what I saw??? TWO BUGS!!! One dead and one is moving. I showed it to the front desk Latina lady, she also feel not good and offered me a new sandwich. But he’ll no, I will never eat Popeyes again, sorry it was a nightmare for me. It’s a hard decision for me since I loved Popeyes for years. ?????

Came in pretty close to the closing time, but still felt very welcome unlike expectation. Bob was very nice, communicative, and patient with the obnoxious group that I was with. While making our meals, Bob let us know they don’t have biscuits, but redeemed himself very quickly and substituted it for something else. I would certainly come here again.

The worst service ever. I am never going back to this place. My husband who is an Asian told the server he was here for a pick up order. The server repetitively said she could not understand him and just stood there. At what part did you not understand when all he said was that he went there for a pickup order?? At last, another server helped find his pickup order. Totally disgusting behavior.

Short store manager will lie and say your mobile application coupons for “in-store orders” can only be used for online orders. I watched him remove the discount at the register then lie to me last night.

I have never had an issue with my food or the staff . The only thing I don't like much about this location is that they make your online orders until you get there and let the cashier know you are there. While this will ensure better freshness, I order online to get in and out faster, which doesn't happen here. Even if I order 10 minutes before getting there, I will still need to wait in line to get them to start my order and then wait for them to make it in the same order as if I had ordered at the restaurant. Takes away the whole point of ordering ahead.

The food 2as very hot and tasted great.

I have found a new location that I love. Near my job, always fresh and so clean inside. The staff do an amazing job getting people in and out, and they get the orders right!

Instead of ordering 24 pc nuggets I ordered 24 pieces and I paid for it without realizing it. After looking at the receipt I figured that I ordered wrongly. Very apologetically I talked to the staff and asked them to refund me and ring me up for the order. The shift manager came up. He was very quiet. I explained to him and I apologized for the the wrong order. With a very condescending and disrespectful tone he laughed said: "Didn't you look at the price before ordering?"I worked at fast food locations before, and I know it is a tough job, but this interaction could've been much better. Idk what's going on in his life, but it doesn't give him the right to act in such a degrading manner. I probably won't go back to this location anymore. The whole refunding and reordering took him an extra 30 seconds, wasn't a big inconvenience for him and this was poor customer service.
