Absolutely delicious Acai bowls but the smoothies sometimes are a hit or miss. That's the only reason I give 4 stars.
I ordered the Nutella Açaí bowl ahead, with peanut butter and honey added to it. Not only was there no peanut butter added to it, but the coconut flakes and Nutella that were staples of the bowl were not in it. I’m very disappointed in the bowl and service as the location was not busy at all and it was offered way in advance to being picked up. I have had good previous experiences here but this has tainted that.
The first time I tried an Acai bowl was here and I'm so grateful! Playa Bowls is so good and the shop is so cute! So glad I came with my friends too. Other acai bowls haven't compared, so it just makes me want to come back here to Playa Bowls even more. Definitely a little pricey, but totally worth it. Thanks for the amazing food!

I love Playa Bowls! However, this past week, this place felt like a nightclub. The manager (Hannah?) had the music uncomfortably loud and had several friends in, much like a party. Customers besides myself looked bothered and would rather get up and leave to wait or eat outside than be inside. The cashier (the only boy working if that's of any importance) looked extremely embarrassed and could barely hear myself and other customers order or hear drivers say the name of the order they were in for. Not so sure I'll be back to this location.
I love this place! Every time I go it gets better and better. Its so fresh and delicious!
Love the quality of food at this place and go most Saturdays, but today I ordered on-line and showed up at the restaurant and waited for everyone that ordered at the register get their items and my came 20 minutes late. I would not have ordered and used my points if I knew it would take that long as I was in a hurry. Need to provide accurate times on Ap. Not going back soon.
Bowl is good but I just need way more peanut butter than the drizzle. Even extra doesn't feel like much. I wish I could pay for extra on the app more than once.
I’ve ordered here before with no issues, but today my Pura Vida Açaí bowl was less than stellar. The strawberries were discolored and the blueberries were mushy; from the look and taste of it, like an overdue library book, the fruit was past due. I ended up throwing out half of it. I may return in the future, but they need to keep a better eye on their fruit.
